I paid £649.99 for this oven last month and that was the best price anywhere at the time and I can't believe it's now £50 cheaper again at £600 delivered. Dixons' delivery service was excellent - came at start of 4 hour slot I was given in advance on date I chose.

Brilliant oven and a bargain NEFF!

Not criticising this post in anyway (thanks for posting, KC) but has anyone else noticed how the price of ovens has almost tripled over the last 10 years or so.

How can they justify charging £600 Plus on what is nothing more than a tin box, two elements (£3.00 Each), a few knobs and a glass door or two?
What goes into a Washing Machine or Dishwasher is a lot more complex but half the price.

I agree, it is very frustrating! However, it's worth paying the extra for Neff or one of the other top brands as the quality and performance is definitely better.

I have always done my research when I buy products and in this instance you don't always have to pay through the nose to get a really good quality, great looking and more importantly Performing appliance.

For an Example Which don't even have this or any other Neff in their Best Buys range for Double ovens although they are prominently listed in the single ovens sections as recommended and quite competitively price.

Bosch and Siemens all the way extra but worth it

I've had polar different experiences with Bosch. A mid range double oven where the light goes off way to low for the set temperature and the repair man says there's no fault just wait until it has gone in and off 3 times BUT an absolute bullet proof Exxell dishwasher that we only sold because a retiled kitchen floor meant it no longer fitted under the work surface. Which's recommendation of a Beko DW686 has been desperately poor and a false economy. I would still veer towards neff, Siemens , Bosch but they are the same company. If only Dyson did ovens!
