Spotted this yesterday in Morrisons, seems pretty good for the price but I don't know about the quality. After a little research, it looks like these are made by Cello Electronics specifically for Morrisons.

I think the model is C3298DVB, if so then this is the spec.

I used to work at Morrisons in the Home and Leisure department and for that reason I'd never buy any of their electrical items as they're crap and always being returned. A sweeping generalisation there, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Besides, the specs are pretty poor, the inputs are crap and for £50 more you can get a 32" Samsung
Poor spec,as been posted would rather pay £50 and get a Samsung or a Toshiba Regza for £299 at Amazon.
This Is Total Garbage
I have just purchased one from Morrisons, I have no problems with it, it works, has very good picture and sound.
I did wonder about the spec / quality.

For the sake of an extra £50, the Samsung is definitely worth it.

Thanks for the input.
new to this, but just to let you know...... I have bought this TV today, easy set up, easy to use and good picture/sound quality. Accept that there may be better ones out there, but this was all I could afford and we are pleased with it. ALSO, you get 1 year replacement guarantee then 2nd year parts if its faulty within the first year they will simply replace it - they come to you so no P&P

Phill09
I bought this earlier, seems a good picture, can anyone tell me whats wrong with the 'spec'?

don't know much about TV's
Anyone thinking of buying this telly - don't

I've got a green pixel that stays on the screen constantly.

There's also a spelling mistake in the menu.. it says Plaese, instead of Please. :-/
Got this Telly, and have had it replaced once already.

Im having difficulty with the second telly also, am i right in saying its HDReady?

I have tried connecting an Xbox360 through HDMI through this telly, however just recieve a black screen with the message "No Signal" no problems with the Xbox i dont think, i have even blindly navigated to the hdtv settings on the xbox menu to set the screen to 720p however this didnt work. any suggestions would be great. Thnx in advance :)
I bought this TV for £350.00 at my local Morrison's store last April and I am awaiting a third replacement.
So far all of these sets have switched themselves on after being switched off by the remote, changing channel can take up to 10 minutes (if it decides to change) When the screen freezes onto a channel the TV has to be switched off and on again before I can change channel.
Regardless of how many times the TV is re-tuned the picture either breaks up into squares or the picture disappears completely and the 'please wait' signal comes up, etc, etc.
The company blamed all of these problems (apart from the sets switching them selves on) on the poor transmission from Mendip, but my house is at the top of a hill and I have had a brilliant signal from Mendip for 33yrs. I was going to phone the company sooner but I waited until Bristol had fully changed over to digital, despite this, all of these faults have once again been blamed on the mendip transmitter but they will replace the TV for the third time, because it switches itself on!

PS. I have a High Gain Wide-band Digital 32 element aerial.
My husband has a terrestrial TV, a terrestrial aerial and a top box and he has no problems at all
