The gadget show voted this the second best toy for kids this christmas !!!!!!!!!!

Launch an all out assault with the fully automatic Nerf Stampede ECS blaster. Unleash a storm of Clip system darts from the extended 18 dart clip, and reload in a hurry with your spares. The tactical rails, strategically placed on the blaster, are compatible with most N-Strike accessories (sold separately). The pop-out bipod has 2 modes so you can use it as a standard bipod or a stability grip to aid accuracy. Includes a blast shield that attaches to the tactical rail and can be used as mobile cover for most N-Strike blasters to deflect incoming fire. Also features 3 x 18 dart extended clips, the highest capacity clip from Nerf and 1 x 6 dart quick reload clip to get you back into the battle in super fast time. This really is the ultimate fully-automatic clip system Nerf blaster.
Box Contains
1 x Nerf Stampede ECS Blaster, 1 x Blast Shield, 1 x Pop-out Bipod, 3 x 18-dart Extended Clips, 1 x 6-dart Quick Re-load Clip, 60 x Clip System Darts, 1 x Instructions

Not really sure what all that gobble-de-gook means in the description, but I can figure that it's a gun that fires darts, would have loved this when i was a kid

If you're lucky enough to have kids / grand-kids yourself you buy them a Nerf maverick (£7-£10 each) or one of the fury fire sets (Argos £19.99) and get yourself this so you can pummel them with darts (play with them).

If you're a little younger persuade some mates to get a nerf and pretend you're little kids.

Nerf darts are foam with a rubber tip so can't do too much harm - they're fired by compressed air so they're fairly safe (kids can't easily fire other harder things from the guns).

The stampede on offer fires automatically (6 big batteries pump the air), on most nerf guns you have to pull a lever or pump the gun like a shotgun. You get plenty of darts with it, which you'll need firing at 3 shots a second.

Bigger children like to 'mod' their Nerfs by removing restrictors and replacing springs to make darts fire harder and further and also painting them / adding accessories - I believe they then meet up with like minded loons and have battles or pretend to wander round post apocalyptic worlds shooting zombies.
