Nescafe Dolce Gusto
The NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto system from KRUPS uses the kind of high pressure normally found in professional machines. Simply lift the lever, pull out the pod-holder and pop in a specially designed capsule of 100% arabica, roast and ground coffee. Push the holder back, press down the lever and you'll hear a pop. Move the knob to hot or cold and hey presto! Great tasting connoisseur coffees in a matter of seconds. You can even choose exactly how strong you want your cup - no hassle, no mess – which means you can relax and enjoy your favourite drink in style. Nescafe Dolce Gusto Pods

Crap price, this is a two year old model, they've been under £50 at argos several times.... I bought the new version for £69.99 from sainsburys
Got my new model from comet about 2 mths ago and paid £64. That beats the sainsburys deal so yours was a crap price too...
£67.29 at Sainsburys 14p dearer - free delivery to home or store and 134 Nectar points.
I think the 14p is worth paying for the 134 nectar points so cold.
Go buy a gaggia or a cheaper version of one of those instead....These are high cost per cup compared and small portions of the drinks as well...
hi all,
does this make great coffee?
and how much/where to buy the capsules?

thanks in advance

No real gripes about mine - apart from the capsules sometimes vary a bit, some dribble out, others gush out (from same box) so making each cup differently. On the whole though I'm happy with it - it's as good as any of the other capsule type machines (my mates have a few different ones) if you want to save money on lattes, buy just 16 regular coffee, and microwave some proper milk before you make it!

are they like shop bought coffees?
and wheres good (cheap) to get the pods?

Very tempted
Only £75 for the new version if you prefer that + free pod starter pack
well i have a dolce gusto i bought last week and i love it. i have had no probs from the pods or the machine and it makes coffee shop quality filter coffee. most coffees i have tried have a crema layer. i find that drinking too much coffee give me a migraine though so i drink the decaf versions and froth my own mik too with a bodum latte milk frother. tastes lovely, tastes like filter coffee!
