I dont really understand the differences between these various Dolce Gusto machines apart from the water tank capacity. I bought a 'Mini Me' for Christmas. Is this machine in any particular way different? They all seem to take the same capsules.

We have this one and the difference is the water capacity. Same pods. These have been expensive, came down at Christmas and this is an even better price. They must have sold a lot in the past few months so will we see the price of the pods coming down?

Tesco were doing 3 capsule packs for £10 before Christmas. To be fair considering a cappucino would cost around £3 in a coffee shop these are still quite the bargain.

The capacity is a bit of a non-issue as you should empty these machines of water after each cup to stop limescale building up. Still this is a good price for the machine.

If anyone is interested the larger PC world stores have most of the range on display so you can compare and contrast which one would look best in your kitchen.

There should be six free pods inside the box and £10 off a Webshop order. power cable may well be red. bought mine from tesco at Christmas for 39.99 and love it. Some of the range dispense the correct amount of water through the pod automatically, the piccolo requires manual operation which is no problem. Use something like a graduated baby's bottle to see what the various mls are in your cups/mugs/glasses. hth
