#4
great find heat and rep added:thumbsup:
#5
Has anyone got 1 an can they recommend it ? i have a senseo just looking for a more varied option
#6
Good find, heat added, just remember the price of the pods has gone up to £3.30 in supermarkets and for most of the pods that is only for 8 drinks. Got one last year for free, and have been using it since but im now thinking about going back to the senseo because of the price of the pods. although i have heard people say they have seen pods in poundland
#7
thanks!

heat added!! bargain!

i would say its alot of faffing about imo

It's a machine aimed more at the mass market than their other offering the 'Nespresso' system. If you really like coffee, save your money and get a Nespresso machine - yes they aren't cheap and neither is the coffee that goes in, but they are very good!:-D
#10
I absolutely adore mine and can highly recommend it!
#11
My views...Cappucino and Chococino very good, comparable to much more expensive brands.
Latte good...
Mocha and Iced Coffee are horrible.
Lungi and Expresso...not worth the bother really.
Pod prices are becoming a problem.....£3.35 for 8 drinks in my supermarket this morning.
#12
cannot seem to order it ,go to check out and is loses connection

I have had one of these, a Senseo, a Tassimo and a Flavia.

If you want my advice, get yourself some good quality beans, a grinder and a cafetiere. this will give a much better result than any of these machines and cost a lot less, especially the coffee.

The machines give an okay result, but if you are a 'coffee connoisseur' it will not satisfy.

A good price for a good machine (but out of stock), but the result is 'so-so'.

In my opinion, the machine for the best result is the Flavia.

ordered.....thanks very much
was looking at these on amazon last night....whats the odds on that :)
#15
Think how much a year's worth of cappuccinos would set you back at Starbucks!
#16
Seems to have expired now.
Shame as I was too late.....oh well!

I have one and would highly recommend it - it is a bit annoying that the pods have increased in price lately but I like the Mocha, Latte Machiatto, Chocacino and really love my machine. Of course it's more expensive than ground but when you only want 1 or 2 cups or mugs it's a doddle and not too expensive IMO.

Mine's ready for despatch, woo hoo !!!
Just out of interest, how did the OP find the link? If you type in 'Dolce Gusto', it comes up as £105.86.
#21
Voted hot! Good tiny machine :)
#23
i have 2 direct links that i have posted
the direct link 4 some reason just goes to home page

The Senseo is utter sh*te compared to this, I gave mine away and all the pods after I got a Dolce Gusto machine from the kind Bzz marketing peeps. I'm typing this with my fresh mug of Cappachino and the Latte Macchiato is a gorgeous drink too. The only downside is that 8 drinks will cost you £3.58 but you get points on every pack and I've sent off for 4 free boxes and only needed to pay £2.99 postage - definately recommended for the price!

I have the Gaggia K111-d capulse system coffee maker and it is amazing. The coffee pods have real ground coffee in them not a solution to mix with hot water like almost every machine out there. It is clean and easy to use with no coffee grounds to deal with. Also the capsules work out at 20p per cup of coffee, which I think is great and affordable.

I would recommend a capsule system that uses real ground coffee, or a cafetiere as previously stated.
Nothing beats the taste of real ground coffee, ergo this deal is cold!

Out of stock now :(

Got one of these free with the magazine subscription posted on here months ago, ended up selling it on ebay as the lattes were much too sweet due to the UHT milk. Bought a Gaggia baby dose for £200 at costco (took it back). Ended up buying a bialetti stove top from amazon for about £15 with a bodum frother for £13, best latte I've tasted, much better than any of these pod systems and for the fraction of the cost/cup.
#33
pod systems have adavantge of ease coffees not too bad but the milk pods are gross uht sweet milk style
picked up one of these off hukd for 6 months sciption of eve about 17 quid :)

Some of the drinks require you to use 2 pods per cup, so the 16 pods still only give you 8 drinks.
#35
ordered mine only problem is on e-mail from woolies says item is out of stock, but if I log into account says it is ready for despatch. Don't know which to believe.
#36
dammmit! It's out of stock. :?
#37
I've just had an email to confirm mine has been dispatched

God knows how when the email was sent at 11.06 tonight!!
#38
Well mine arrived ysterday delivered free to local store excellent product only problem is glass is chipped might e-mail company try to get free replacement.
Still a hot deal. Now got to look for deals on pods, or are there any other companys making pods that are compatible with this system.
