Perfect for staying up to spot Santa! Just don't blame me if you end up a twitching, caffeine addled mess on Christmas morning! Also available in cream for the same price.

Is this the model that is like a tassimo? You know the way tassimo scans the pod and automates the volume? I had a dolce gusto before and the only reason I made the switch was because you had to stay by the machine and turn the pod 'off' when you guessed enough water has gone through the pod before starting the second pod. I would make the switch back if it was automatic (the tassimo new milk pods are gross now and I think the Nescafé ones might be nicer), does anyone have any advice on which model to get that does this?

This machine is manual, looking at it on the Dolce Gusto website, it is the same spec but different manufacturer and design to the Jovia model which was £30 in Argos and Currys (and possibly more) for the last two weeks (now £35 at Currys and £45 at Argos).

Don't get tassimo. It's a gimmick and it will cost you lots of money to run. Also it's not as efficient as they advertise. You will get bored of it very quick as well.
This one at least you can get OEM pods for from shops like lidl.
I just got rid of my tassimo. Got us proper esspresso machine now. Less hassle than pod one and makes much better coffee or cappuccino.
