I was also a customer in 2015, but it is giving me a "Oops, looks like that page doesn't exist" message once I've clicked the 'Continue my Order' button :-(

To get round this, from this error page click the NPower logo. Then click "Save Energy". Then "Energy efficiency products". And lastly "Nest Learning Thermostat". Start order, add to basket. Checkout.

I left npower a year ago but it still showed up when I logged into my account as mentioned, now got a dispatch email, getting it delivered tomorrow! Nice one, thanks op

hi, just wondering how long it look them to process your order? I am an old customer and it processed the order Saturday morning, but haven't had anything since the confirm email. they have taken the money and it shows on the npower account (despite showing as closed). Thanks

Mine turned up about 3 days later but I had no other communication from NPower, just a text from dpd (MediaGroup) to say when it was going to be delivered.

I had no other confirmation other than a delivery notification a couple of days later. Its a good sign if the payment has been processed.

I got the same message, go back to your basket and check out again. I was able to go as far as making payment the second time.

hi, this is exactly what happened with mine. I only had a payment confirmation email. The next thing I received was one from dpd telling me I would be having a delivery. I ordered mine on a Saturday morning and didn't hear anything until Tuesday

Hi - did you Nest ever arrive? how long did it take? and did you get an e-mail confirming your order details? I ordered today and I received no e-mail, and it looks like they have simply put the £129 into my NPower account even though I left them in 2013... I dont expect to see the Nest, and will probably struggle to get a refund.

Thanks for leting me know, lets see what happens. In a nerdy way I was quite excited to get my hands on the Nest and do a DIY install, I guess I should be patient and see what NPower decide to do with my order.

i was also worried it wasn't going to arrive as they took the payment and it sat in my npower account for a few days with no communication from them. Once I had the dpd message it arrived the next day. Good luck with the install!

Yes I received the nest (pretty prompt comms from dpd) . I've since decided I'm going to go with British gas tho and get a hive instead!
