Sugar overload :whistling:

There's loads of sugar in those, I always thought Frosties and the like were bad, but it seems all cereals have more sugar in than you think. I always stick to Cornflakes if I can.

Sainsburys had them on a similar offer weeks ago. Got some in to try. They're not that good. The clusters don't soak in your milk, so you chew a spoonful, nice crispy cheerios and nearly lose a tooth on the clusters.

Save your money and buy some own-brand multigrain hoops.

Totally agree. We're weaning our kids back onto Rice Krispies and Cornflakes weekdays. They can have Cheerios or Weetos on a weekend, as a treat, but weekdays when they need to concentrate and behave for school, they don't need that sugar rush.

When I go to stay with my bro in America, he used to buy branflakes with raisins in and even the raisins had sugar on them!! Even the healthiest food over there has sugar in it but they disguise it by calling it something else. America is cool but glad I don't live there all the time
