As far as breakfast cereal goes, they are nowhere near as bad as the most popular brands - discounting what I would term as non sugary cereals like corn flakes, rice crispies and healthy wheat bases cereals like wheetabix.

They have 10+ grams less sugar per 100g than:
Kellogg's Crunchy Nut
Kellogg's Ricicles
Kellogg's Frosties
Kellogg's Coco Pops

The have the same sugar content as Honey Cheerios.

Nope but there are many people who let there kids eat massive bowls of the stuff which should be a treat based on its nutrition content, then let them eat crisps and chocolate because the though they got a good breakfast, then feed them chips and nuggets, then wonder why they have the attention span of Dory, waste line of me and get type 2 diabetes before they are 40.

Heat - rarely on offer. Britain's only cinnamon cereal when the US has about 20+ varieties!!!!!

Fair point, but most portion sizes are usually between 25g - 45g, so it isn't exactly representative of what people are actually eating.
