Is this much better than the EX 2700 for £14.99? The signal is not great in my house (Concrete walls from 1920). Happy to go for the expensive option if it offers better signal

you can probably get a ​powetline adaptor with wifi for that money (I guess about £5 more for a pair one of them with wifi). I would go for that if the wiring in the house is good enough for 500mbps

there are some tp-link ones at about £39.49 last time I checked couple days ago on Amazon. I use the cheap D-Linj 500mbps ones which are about £14.99 per pair, and have no WiFi. No complaints.

There are articles that compare various adapters. Google's your friend.

I have this. Doesn't work very well with thick old walls. Currently looking for a replacement.
