I bought one of these. Not good.

Some months after buying it began to need 24 hours to charge it after just a couple of uses. My 15 year old Braun still keeps its charge for 5 or 6 days.

The bristles are also very soft on this. I bought it because I thought it would be cheaper than buying the Braun replacement brushes. It was a bad decision. I only continue using it as I wish to use up all the brushes but, frankly, I should just dump it and go back to my Braun.

Why didn't you take advantage of the three warranty to get the faulty product replaces?

There's a 3 year warranty so just take it back - Lidl will replace or refund with the original receipt.

Lidl always have these strange brand names for stuff like this and most of their foods as well oO

It is very annoying that NONE of the Packaging ott Literature with this Toothbrush tells you what the different COLOUR MARKING on the BRUSHES means! Is one Colour FIRM, one MEDIUM and one SOFT, OR WHAT! I tried the Website as well. STILL NO INFORMATION! They actually ADVERTISE the three Coloured Brushes, but don't tell you WHAT is relevant about the COLOURS!

Rubbish. Bought it last time around. Went back to my Oral B brush.

The different colours on the brush heads are so that more than one person can use the toothbrush by just sticking to one colour per person. There is no difference in brush firmness. Also, the instructions tell you to fully charge and discharge the toothbrush for the first 3 times. After this, you can leave the handle on the charger base after every use. By doing this, you condition the battery to take a full charge and it will last for much longer.
