this is not a spam deal just cos people dont see the sence it in, so ill add another selling point of these maybe it will get more hot votes, the frist coin following release a site called west minster collection ware offering to pay £25 a coin and pay your postage costs, for up to 3 coins each person, since ofc they ware playing on holding them until everyone sells out then reselling for more (they sell have not listed them todate), also since they could only buy 3 them self since that was the limit,, so you can make up to £50 with little effort if they offer that again this time *MORE THAN LIKELY, email and ask first if you want to know tho im sure they will offer it, tho i still rather ebay profit*, since they sell coins i wouldnt be suprized since again they can only order royalmints limit, it was the same with these (http://www.westminstercollection.com/p-342W/Canadian-2012-Pure-Silver-Polar-Bear-%2420-Coin.aspx) *witch this page was frist added to they site in mid 2013 so a year and half after it was sold out, and making them one of the only sellers, so can change what they like, i still havent seen them list all the frist £20 coin they have tho, tho think they will soon still a few other sellers / site have those, since RCM was limit 3 to a customer, yet WMC brought them up from people that brought them, only diffent was RCM is $20 of $20 so a bit cheaper

and yes i know the picky spelly people dont like longer block posts ^, but oh well

--

and when hotdeals finally deside the old one is not spam, this post can go there when the deals back

--

also just the add the deal link to the first coin witch has said offer in it *tho closed now ofc*, manly to show the voting here is so ..tarded sometimes so is the spamming deals and lots of other stuff

Er, no...

how so,

true the silver melt value is maybe £4, but the coin is legal tender witch a face value of £20 for £20 (the cheapest you can find them) with a good chance of WMC buying them back for £25 still a lot less than possible ebay but ya,

now if i was to post britannas with a face values of £2 and a melt of £12 and a royalmint selling price of £57.95 (the highest you can find them and would have to be insane to do so) i would get the spam idea,

no your right, tho my point is they are likely to offer it for this, so they can get around the limits and sit on them *to resell when royal mint and ebay is sold out for sell prices, since theres always late collectors / new collectors to the party* witch they do with all the royal mint limited coins along with other mints,

i should *i will even* just email them to ask if they going to than maybe people would be less silly, untill them im off to spam cold votes on iphone deals

cos well i just dont like iphones and the insides of them are worth only £3 too

oh and your spelling and grammar is appalling. this post deserves to disappear just for that. From that sales patter, have you ever appeared on Real Life Dell Boys, they have wild ideas about making money which never pan out, and their dreams of making it big never happens.

Judging by how long it took them to sell the first lot I wouldn't rush to buy them.
250000 is hardly a small number being minted. Now if they were only minting 5 or 10k I might be more interested, but even then proof silver coins are minted in those sort of numbers and you can still pick them up for less than they originally sold for in many cases.

Not to mention you would have problems trying to spend one in a shop or exchange it in many banks.

I didn't read though the whole posting above as it's too much like decoding the Rosetta stone for me. :)

since it wasnt currently live when i posted it it shouldnt of been taking down as spam (tho nor should of the org one)

purely based on that people have no sense of a deal

since i have sold all 10 for £35, and westmister collections based on history of the frist £20 RM and all the $20 RCM, will more than likely offer £5 on top of cost for these, (i got an email back from them too, just not worth my time to post it cos well F you A basicly you can wait a few days, just remember the first offer was removed in a few days, again due to how randomly this site works and the 1200+ heat on the first coin )

just cos people on this site cant see that getting up to xx with a min of £50 profit on £200, is worth a little effort, and those that cant shouldnt vote code or spam with no reason or just "er,no"

as i said that would be the same as me just voing cold on all iphone deals, and infact most deals without a 100% min value the same as the buy value, in reallity if a deal is not to someones liking well its still makes logical sense, it should be left unvoted for, also as said if i posted the britannas for £57.25 via RM than i would understand the voting, but i dont,

--

to smr1, the first coin sales was very slow for 2 reason (tho the mintage should of been less i agree)

RM failed to say this will be a set of xx running for xx, so people that collect didnt know it would be a set and why buy a one of coin (more so for the second reason)

(small mid reason) also the uk is not the size of the us or can or au , so the sell out did take longer (tho rm do sell international they dont get the message out well, also the £20 ware / are not offered to world reselling bullion dealers like the lunars and birtannas, or would go as quick as the other sets lunar kooks wildlife ect, will if they first the 2 main points, and it doing so made internation sales silly since would of been killer postage for anyone interested *tho a few ware still arranged on a few silver fourms*), and tho RM is nowhere near as good a mint as perth they lunars and limited ed are 300000 coins witch sell out ever year without fail, (maybe cos they dont limit orders to 3 per household, and people also know they getting an ongoing set, so know they worth it)

RM had just that year started using .999 silver for the birtannas, and anyone that got those know RM had a lot of work to do seting up they coin machines right to take the changes,

so with the lunars they fail to say it will be a set not just a one off, tho they did give a lot of profit with those to the early buyer, via making mules, so worked out

--

tho anyways as i and westmisters offer and fact they still to list them shows, once these are sold out and i mean everywhere, they will go up (RM just had a long roll out with that witch made it take longer, than should of for said reasons)

and worst case is worth cost and possible free cashback and for some spends towards card bouns *and true not for single orders before someone else jumps at that, well maybe if you go to the free p and p code in the voucher page, but ya*

main isses tho is if you dont like something but it makes sense it should be cold, and with sometimes very hot some times frozen voting for the same things,or spammed, without saying WHY in a real reason not just its not and iphone cold style, as said laterly well the past 3-4 years this site has got so bad

How could you just sell all 10 for £35 when they haven't been released yet?
And don't forget you can get lunar, kookaburras, koalas etc, for less than £20 each and they, at least contain a troy oz of silver.
As for this years mules I must be very unlucky as I've yet to receive one even after buying a number of britannias and year of the horse coins. Then again I bought them from dealers and not RM so they may have gone through them looking for mules.
Your and Westmininster's offers? You're offering to buy these for above face value now and have had word from Westminister that they intend offering to buy these at above face value and pay postage?
2 Likes #12
Cold, not even able to properly construct paragraphs together to convince anyone why spending £23 for a £20 coin is a deal.
#13
Westminister stopped buying the 2013 coins because they got too many as well so it's far from guaranteed. If they even do the same again. These not being the first £20 coins they might not be seen as so collectable and they may feel they made a mistake last time when they realised how many offers they got.

per-selling on ebay (like people do with the .4p worth of zinc alloy the other day with bottle openers?)

the mules come from dealers, just only the dec / nov last year orders (i got 3 tubes from one dealer on persale) *now its common knowalge they ofc wont ship even if they have them*

not offering, just meant i have common sense, when everything gone prices do go up,

I honestly think it is conjecture on part of the OP thinking that because they sold the first edition on eBay for £35 each, the second edition is going to fetch the same amount.

They are forgetting things....

. HUKDs is not about deals in buying items that "may" rise in value on the second hand market.
. eBay has fees, therefore you are not making £15 profit (in fact weigh in the postage originally for the £20 coin and you are making even less)
. Assumption

WTF are you on about?

really cold on the pricing, and really really cold on the terrible spelling...

This thread is hilarious, absolutely love it. Gonna buy a coin because......I don't know? Just because it might be bought back off me for £20,000 ? Maybe? I fully understand what the OP is saying......I think?

Voted hot for what its worth.

The only difference I can see in this deal versus the previous hot one is that there is no guaranteed profit yet as Westminster are yet to offer a premium on the £20 price. You seem to know quite a bit of info around this Chris, so dont doubt that you will eventually be able to make the returns. Worst case you break even buying £60+ worth of coins

p.s. if Westminster do offer the premium price and you can still buy the coins, definitely worth posting as it's guaranteed profit.

and if you lot want another tip, with a real limited ed coin im drunk so why not,

the 5k limited ed us mint colours 8 sets eagles are good, for a very good return if you sit on them for a few months until everyone sells out (from aurinum) your problem for find how to pay, vat free due to margin tax since legal tender with in the EU is vated vs the dealers margin if brought from another EU state

altho really how everyone is voting this is really worst since FV of a silver eagle is only 1 usd so .80p x 8 , should silver go to nothing altho collecters would still pay for it as ebay alread shows remember the usa and cad sellers you have to add 20% so these worth £21 already sell for £45+, it would be worth less at exchange than the RM coins with FV of £20

anyways drunk and going to bed, cba to find people worthwhile small ed coins

^ used for image of set not price, way to marked up on that site, tho aurinum only has 1 by 1 pics, and **** copying 8 picture links ^

Coloured coins often don't sell too well and you have the bank transfer fee or they charge a fee to use paypal on that site. No cards, only bank transfer or paypal. Plus 12 euro at least shipping.

got to love HUKD silly pointless deals like this, and the unproven moto g 4g, go hot, yet real deals go cold

Grow up and get over yourself. Stop being bitter that your last two deals have gone freezing.
