last time I ordered a hard drive....never even got acknowledgement after I'd gone all the way through the process....this lot are pretty unreliable, have nothing to do with Orange the mobile company and let an awful lot of people down during their last fiascos.
as above - useless - not voted
COLD , for the above reason.
8 for 8...... why only 7 then?
There are 8. Email showed 8. Website has updated for 8 now.
7 out of 8 products still available at £8!
Am I missing something? when everything added to basket (all 8 items) the price inc vat = £91.20

£91.20 / does not equal £8.00 (unless my maths is so far out of date) last time I checked £8 x 8 = £64
remove - Built NY laptop portfolio (brown)

as it comes up as full price
Awful awful company! But if you are one of the lucky ones who gets the product delivered than your laughing, otherwise terrible!
The deals seem to be working fine now, i guess its just the sudden mad rush of sales, you just have to look out for notifications of which ones have sold out.

I spoke to there sales guys and they "definately are connected to orange and contracted to run this site on there behalf hence using the branding and offers etc.."

"They always have hundreds and thousands of units of stock for the offers but once the 12m people on orange find out about them they sometimes dont last that long"

I have used them a few times without problem and always receive my stuff fine. If thousands of people are buying and theres only you few people saying they are terrible, they must be alright!?!?
Their deals are awesome, but their whole system makes no sense, no communication, no order updates, ages to answer their phones, no efficient stock level system on their site.

Also you'd expect orders to be fulfilled as they are placed, you could order an item at 1am and someone orders the next day at 4pm, the 1am may get cancelled while the person who ordered at 4pm gets honoured. If you get the item then your lucky, obviously when thousands of people order they can't handle the situation.
