This is a very good deal for a good spec laptop.

So good I got one myself. Windows Vista is the successor to Windows XP & I must say that it is so much better & easier to use. Plus it looks amazing too. Windows comes pre-installed so there is no need to fiddle about, just unpack and go!

Ideal for anyone who doesn't know much about computers but wants a good deal for their money.

Here is the complete spec for those who do understand computer lingo:
--------------------------

Intel Celeron M Processor 430 1.73GHz (Reasonably Fast)

533MHz FSB (Standard)

1MB Cache (Standard)

1024MB RAM (Good size memory capacity)

80 GB Hard Drive (More than enough space to save files!)

DVD ReWriter MultiDrive (Reads & Burns to CD's/DVD's)

15.4" Widescreen Display (Standard Laptop Screen Size)

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium (Latest Version of Windows)

128MB Intel UMA 950 Graphics (Standard Graphics Card)

1 year Free warranty (Standard)

If I was asked what manufacturers to avoid when it comes to laptops, it would be advent.

You can simply not apply bargain hunting to advent laptops. The build quality is the worst there is. I am sure others will back these comments up.

I learnt the hard way a couple of years ago and seen others fail too, don't do it.

My recommendation is dell deals. Dell deals all over this site.

IF IF IF anyone takes this deal. Take out warranty for the duration of the laptops life in your ownership. It'll cost you £100+ for an engineer to even look at it outside warranty.
