it's hardly new running windows 8.

Pay £100 more and get the i5 processor in HP laptop. I bought it from PC World it's superb. Only use it for general use but it's quicker than Usain Bolt running for water in the Sahara!

It is an older i3 running HD 4000 - still not a bad price.

general use? i3 would be better and more efficient if thats all your doing, plus I hate HP

much better laptop. newer i3 and 840m for below £300. but has german keyboard that can be replaced for £10 on ebay.

You sure it has a German keyboard? On the photos it looks like a standard UK one.

If you open the link in Google Chrome it translates the page to English, then you can read:
"Information for keyboard layout
Unless otherwise stated in the product information or in the title, you might get despite differing pictures in the ordered and sold by Amazon product in the German QWERTZ layout."

Also they don't wanna disappoint their German customer with a UK style keyboard :).
