I was at Leicester Forest East service station today and the BK there had a cheese burger + medium fries 'King Deal' for £1.99. Pretty good value considering the cost of everything else on the menu was astronomical.

You have been a member for a week - believe me, that post is way up top of ridiculous posts in deals!

Actually - a quick google has told me that when Burger King first started out - a burger cost 15cents - so actually maybe I should hold my vote off and think about this more X)

We used to have a Wimpey... for about a year. They didn't pay the rent so were evicted

Shouldn't peeps be trying to work off the extra xmas calories consumed? Not adding more in the new year by eating this junk crap lol
#34
They lost my vote when they removed the £1.99 cheeseburger king deal.

Don't think you've read too many posts if you think that comment would get anywhere near the top of the list. Have you seen some of the things people post, honestly some of it is playground stuff.
#36
I love BK. every time i go into town, i have a bacon double cheeseburger XL meal. Only downside is the fries sometimes taste naff.. like the tattys have went out of date or something.
#37
bring back the 99p bacon double cheeseburgers!
#38
Complete rip off - These don't fill you up at all. It's like KFC charging £1.29 or whatever it is for the smallest box of popcorn chicken in the world. Sorry, but Burger King is the biggest rip-off fast food place there is. How much is it for the Aberdeen Angus these days??

McDonalds is the biggest rip-off fast food place. Have you seen the size of their portions? Besides you're less likely to get benefit spongers and bone idle parents feeding their families in a BK.

You can get a meal in McDonalds for about £3.49 I think?? Burger King..........your easily looking at a fiver. Portions are adequate in McDonald's (Quarter Pounder, Big Mac etc) so the size of portions isn't really an argument.

I also think to label parents as 'bone idle' because they go to McDonald's is quite naive. My parents took me to McDonald's when I was younger and they certainly are not 'bone idle'. Benefit spongers? You get those where ever you go.
