OP - Have you taken this deal yourself? Did you keep a copy of the chat you could post up to use in negotiation or else where did the deal come from?

Sounds good if you can get it. I managed to get Sky Q 2TB with boxsets and movies (HD) for £20.40 a month with the deal posted few weeks back with MSE code
#10
Hmmm.... on the Twitter post the picture shows the Sky Sports offer is for 6 months then full price, the offer length for the Sky Q offer is cut off the bottom of the photo.

Says 12 months

Remember Sky Q equipment is rented so has to be returned if you don't continue after 12 months or downgrade.

Says £35 'a month' on the picture

This is a post based on a Sky employee getting their Friends and Family discount - unlikely most of us would get it
#16
sky staff can give this offer to family and friends so would assume sales can too
#17
So, nobody else has got this 'deal', sounds like another sly marketing gimmick to me.

Deal not available
Seems to be a one off, needs expiring

I'm guessing you will need to pay either sky or someone line rental and broad band?

Extra £20 on top of the price?

I hope I'm wrong because this has the potential to be one of the best deals around!

Could you clarify the about and if u have time do another chat and post it up here? :{

It is genuine but they are friend/family and staff codes, I just received one from a forum I go on, a few members on there lately been offering upto 10 codes each first to reply to them gets them.

Not a bad thing though.. If it ever breaks sky have to repair or replace for free as its rented, I'd have no problem with that!

Did you actually get the Television as I was told if I took the 70% off you don't get the signup gift.

As per always... a very select few will get a very good deal...you'll try and haggle but you won't quite get the same...
but you'll stay cause you think you've done better deal than you already had... a bit like Cameron before Brexit ;)

think it may have been a glitch , the offer was appearing in basket when checking out, and all went through ok, you had a tv, or amazon voucher or £100 prepaid card, havent had tv yet but dont get tv installed untill october 2nd but all in the confirmation email

Why is this cold?

What the OP said is exactly right. This is the current offer and it's meant to be for contractors/employees to refer onto others but if you go on live chat and provide link as proof:
https://www.avforums.com/attachments/imageuploadedbyavforums1473348351-924492-jpg.756473/

They will match it. I did exactly this yesterday without any issues.

Or just get a code by searching twitter
