how does this work with Ipod mini's then?

(oh, and on the site, there is a user review saying it's currently working with his Canon 400d)

I wonder how this compares to fast SDHC cards especially when taking multiple raw shots or continuous frame shots.

I bought 2 DataWrite 2Gb CF cards a few months back, my mate also ordered 2 at the same time. All 4 were faulty and would randomly lock up my DSLR.

    I'd avoid at any price.

    I'd prefer a fast 4GB one over a slow 8GB any day.

CF and ipod minis micro drive are the same thing and got the same connectors apparently, you cant judge a DIFFERENT product you bought faulty so decide this will be too!

No but 4 faulty cards gives a good indication of the general quality of DataWrite in general. I'd stick with a big brand name such as Sandisk or Kingston any day.

i dont have problems with datawrite and it most lightly is a bad batch which can occur from any manufacture but tbh i dont care that much lol

When researching these cards I came across this sort of story across many different forums so I decided against them - I can't really afford not to be able to trust CF cards.

I've had one in the past too - It kind of worked when in the camera, but then I couldn't read a lot of the files on my PC - they were corrupted.

Don't buy this card. It freezed my Canon 30D.

sorry but i have to vote cold as i bought one of these and it was the slowest CF card ive ever seen

sold it on ebay for almost what i paid for it and bought a 4GB Sandisk Extreme III for only a couple of ££ more

you get what you pay for.

Can you please cite the source which states/proves that these particular CF cards do work as an iPod upgrade ?

And I bought three packs of DVDRs of theirs last year. I tried five from each pack, not one disc worked, and several had visible defects in the dye layer. I think I'll avoid this one, too.
