I have posted this as its a new Dell Line, Vostro 400. Its not cheap and in my opinion your better off with the Vostro 200 range. This does come with better graphics as standard though.

Remove the Dell 19" Value Wide Flat Panel (E198WFP)to reach the above price.

I had a look but couldnt see anything different, didnt have time to download the manuals and check via them, just seem to start more hi spec and much higher prices than the 200 series.
Yep the 8600 GTS is a better GFX card than the Ati X1300. But I'd go for the Vostro 200 range a lot cheaper and you can replace the original GFX for an 8600 GTS for about £70.
Manual for Vostro 400 Here its the same case and specs as the 200 series as far as I can see.
