cheesy video at Argos where it is £69.99 http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/9266845.htm
#6
Argos have labelled that as "deluxe" not sure i can see any difference! unless you get the yoga mat with it at argos?
#7
Just seen on ebay a '2012' deluxe version being sold with a headrest unlike this model, no mention of yoga mat though

So its a sit up machine. Countless sit ups won't have you looking like the model in the video. Whats the point in working out your abs if they are covered by a layer of fat?

Resistance training, interval training and eating right. Job done, and it doesn't have to cost you a penny.

Your forgetting the large amount of steroids (that help the body recover quicker) that professional bodybuilders supposedly don't take.

Well you have just jumped to the extreme. Not everybody (myself included) wants to look like the over muscled freaks in the magazines.

If it doesnt hurt a little, then you arent doing it right. lol!
No pain no gain, and old fashioned way is still pretty good if you got a good technique

Did I say you did?

You suggested that steroids are required, which is ludicrous.

No I didn't - its a bit like not having to post a deal on here to be a member (which is just as well for you).
