It is only £800 in the education store and i think that still includes the 3 year warranty you dont get anywhere else.

These companies have an awful rep with voucher use. Also I would wait until Macworld is over for any announcements before buying any apple product.

Yes it includes 3 years parts and labour, you can upgrade to full applecare for an extra £47 (3 years phone support and return shipping if you need to send it to apple rather than get it to an apple store)

Hang on though - the education store is only for those in education, so a limited offer anyway. This is a decent deal for those without access to it...

I find marshall ward and additions direct honouring my vouchers all the time. Littlewoods direct I heard are the stubborn ones; eventhough they are all the same company :? :-D

Totally agree about these firms and the use of vouchers.

Don't agree about waiting for MacWorld for MacBook since the unibody is still new and the major rumours concern iMac, Mac Mini, Mac Pro, iPhone nano and 17" MacBook Pro.

Cheers,
Neil

indeed, but it does say in the original post that it was cheaper than the education store, i was just pointing out that it wasnt, and as they had the ability to check i would assume they were in education, so i am trying to save them money...
Hence the post.

Sort of, rumours are flying around about the dropping of the single old style white macbook and the current cheapest unibody dropping in price with a new high end one above the current 2.4:thumbsup:

Be very carefull when using Voucher code as when I ordered an item from them they accepted the code when I ordered but put the price up when dlivered :x

Yay.... just ordered one using the Additions direct voucher because apparently you get more through Quidco using additions rather than marshall ward.
