Two hundred nicker for a watch! You have to be kidding me.
Anyway, it's an awesome watch that's only been out for a couple of months and builds on the growing reputation of TomTom for creating a Garmin-rivalling sports watch with built-in HRM and GPS.
Have had the previous generation TomTom for 9 months now and it's actually a bit of a bargain compared to the main competitors.
Treadmill and swim metrics can be a bit flakey but it does the job and with auto uploads to Strava / Runkeeper etc you aren't walled-in like Polar devices.
