Does make you wonder when they say the box has been opened, add excuse why as appropriate.Normal retailers don't open boxes to check contents etc.

True, I was sceptical when buying but everything was in order

Yeah, but that's the first generation version

All eBay retailers must now provide 14 days returns so if you find anything wrong with it, you're good

Will likely be a customer return, which to me is not new.

Sounds a really good deal, just wary of buying electrical goods from fleabay?

I brought one of these and all was good. You're covered with the eBay Money Back Guarantee, so if it doesn't arrive or it's faulty, the seller will have to issue a refund :)

More worried about so called 'grey' imports or items being sold as 'new' when may not be? Fleabay are full of Delboys!

I'll try and verify whether it's a legit UK model and if it comes as new, I'll let you guys know.

Just read the seller reviews especially for those who bought this item, not one good review claiming item never received. Buyer beware!!
Sounds like they don't have ready stock available.

Because of this.

The neg reviews suggest they were refunded and they were all at £139.99, perhaps misprice?

Probably a grey import with the power adapter swapped over for a UK model. I had to laugh at this line they put in the listing

Please Note That It is a UK Stock beware people selling USA Stock

Argos is selling the nexus 7 for £99 this is the 2nd model so more expensive.

Thats the 2012 older model (Argos) and a standard price for it as well. This one is 2013 faster and higher res etc. the 2014 new model is due. Ooops everyone pointed it out.

Are you keeping or selling on eBay.

Do any company buy topups from simcards?

I've got a few from cpw but lying around not bring used, I'd rather sell them for cheaper price or even half the price...
#27
how is the nexus 7 now was gonna buy one with tesco discount for 130 but the touchscreen issues put me off
#28
Lots of negative feedback here so I would avoid. If you want to go with an open box/ returned Nexus 7 you're probably better off going with something like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/390879186713. £15 cheaper and a one year guarantee from what looks like a good seller.

Edit: it's sold out already. That was quick.

I am unable to find positive feedback for people receiving this device however a lot of negative saying the item never arrive :\
#32
Has anyone received theirs yet and can vouch for the condition?
#33

thanks but unfortunately I've already ordered from eBay.. hopefully it's all OK, will report back when(if) I get it.

hkt-traders on fleabay seems to be doing the exact deal, with suspiciously very similar wording. They claim to be UK stock, however their name suggest they may be Honkong based? Smells grey import to me... And the fact that there hasn't been much feedback here seems to suggest this may not be arriving as described, or if arriving at all!?

I grabbed one of these, came next working day. All was good for a day until I noticed a dead pixel. Seller took it back straight away.
Got a 16gb brand new from amazon for £160, that arrives tomorrow.
Good luck to those who purchased one.

I pressed the expire button but for some reason it won't show as expired?
