The website is a carbon copy of E2Save.com with all their terms and condition using mentioning that they are called E2save rather than obile.co.uk.

Plus their URL are classic phishing url's hoping people mispell "mobile.co.uk" and takes them to their site. I doubt those reviews are real. If you have a look through their site, it starts to fall apart in its authenticity

e2save do a 3rd Party affiliate programme - http://www.e2save.com/affiliate/
I think it is more likely to be that than a phishing site.

My current phone was from them with an auto-cashback, not had any issues with the service.

Don't forget Quidco - £7.50 and yes E2SAVE have always been ok for me.

My last E2Save purchase was scuppered by my bank thinking there was someone splashing my cash. From then on in it was a bit of a nightmare with phone calls that never happened, a n order than went through without my knowledge (interesting because I never gave them my card details again and CPW staff said the don't keep card info) I only found out about that order again from my bank. On a Friday when I said I wanted to order before 3pm for nex t day delivery nobody said squat. Turns out there is no next day delivery for friday orders ...but was told that was my fault for not knowing because the "information should be on out wedsite". There were lots more problems but thats the main ones.

Ah well still can't edit on this great new forum!

I bought the o2 version (needed a new o2 sim) but can't seem to find the £10 credit I had to buy with the phone.

Checking the sims credit shows zero, no voucher was included in the box and the receipt shows that I purchased the credit but doesn't have the necessary 16 (i think) digit code on it. Is their some kind of super secret way i'm supposed to find the code as I can't activate it without credit and I don't want to top up twice.

Leave the SIM in it and leave it switched on, it should get the Top Up within 3 days automatically.

Just read e2save's Help page and it says

'If your airtime credit does not show on your sim card automatically, register your sim card with your network and allow 72 hours for this to be applied. If you are with o2 this will take 8 working days to appear after you have registered with the network.'

To activate o2 sims I think requires you to top up so to receive the £10 credit I paid for I have to put another £10 on the sim? Hopefully if I ring o2 customer services and ask nicely they will activate the sim at no cost.

EDIT:
O2 customer services have activated the phone but still no sign of my £10.

Received yesterday. Great phone, ideal for the parents as all they have to do is open the shell to answer and end a call. Totally unbranded and unlocked. (vodafone one for £25.95 inc £10 airtime)
