OneStopPhoneShop have the brand new Samsung X830 with 8 months free line rental on a 12 month contract (after cashback). So, for £90 (after cashback), you get the NEW Samsung X830 (for FREE!!), 12 months line rental (after which you can cancel), 200 x-net minutes per month, 75 text messages every month and 50 Orange2Orange off-peak minutes every month too on Orange's "Canary 30" tariff!!

This offer works by cashback which you claim from OneStopPhoneShop at specified intervals. If you wish you can purchase via QuidCo.com who will give you £37.50 in extra cashback, meaning that you can bring the minimum term cost down to just £52.50!! Remember to cancel itemised billing if you don't want it as Orange charge £1.50 per month for this service. Remember to cancel the insurance if you don't want it as it's quite expensive. As usual, send claims recorded/special delivery as soon as you get the bill and you'll be fine. OneStopPhoneShop are owned by the Carphone Warehouse and their cashback is pretty reliable.

The Samsung X830 is a 1GB music phone with a unique design. It's a diddy little device with an unusual keypad layout.

The Samsung X830 mobile phone is small. Really small. Its light, too. However, the handsets dimensions only tell half the story. The X830 is not just about clever design. Its about clever technology as well.

When the phone is in its closed position, it looks rather like a music player. This is no coincidence as it will handle MP3, AAC and WMA files, with a massive 1GB of built-in memory providing plenty of storage space for your tunes. You do not even need to open the phone to use it!

Swivel the handset open and you will reveal a slender keypad for calls, texts and picture messages. The 1.3 mega pixel camera on the back will take photos and video clips, with the high-quality screen acting as a viewfinder.

There is still more to talk about. The Samsung X830 has a mobile internet browser, games and MP3 ring tones for further entertainment. In addition you will find Bluetooth connectivity, USB compatibility and an organiser to help your productivity. But ultimately this is no business tool it is a serious music player. And, of course, its a camera phone. Two essential devices in one truly pocket-sized package.

Nice find ducky, interesting phone design, e2save have this exact same offer too but £1 less on quidco should you prefer them, so £83.50 term cost.

Take a close close look at the keypad before ordering it is not a normal one and if you text alot possibly not for you or you are just used to the default keypad layout.
Oops, adding that into the description. I though OSPS would have mentioned it, I already knew about that layout.
Rather interested in this deal. Any thoughts about which would be more reliable for cashback - e2save or OneStopPhoneShop?

Also, it's late and my maths skills were never the best, but shouldn't 8 months free (on a £30 per month contract) mean a term cost of £120 before cashback?

I've read the comments in the Misc forum section, but can't quite make up my mind.
MSE has a thread poll of mobile retailers with cashback and those who pay up
E2Save: 133 36.44%
OSPS: 66 18.08%

However considering I think E2Save is more popular as they are in bed with Googles Froogle and OSPS is not, I can't be certain tho, stats can never be certain, always better reading what people have experienced directly.
I usually don't like Samsung phones but I really like the design of this one - really quite smart.

Ah, I see now: the information in the body of the post is different from the title.

Thanks for the figures, schizoboy. Will have a look at the comments on MSE.
this has now fallen to £261.09 cashback (9months for 99p/month) £98.91 term cost, minus quidco £61.41 total term cost
Had this delivered today. This phone is tiny and looks real flimsy! Its probably a real good phone, just no good for me. Not one for the blokes! Its going back, anyone have an opinion on another phone with a similar deal?
Not well built I take it?
It is a bit of a fashion statement over function tbh, good for kids maybe, 1gb mp3 player etc.
