Not showing the £2 discount on my accounts:

I can't see the 2.00 of your bill as I've just checked , I already have the family perk set up . Am I doing something wrong?

ive currently got my daughters and missus on tesco, my youngest daughter on the plusnet #5.00 sim and i nearly transferred over all three other phones to plusnet. cant see anyting on my account, tbh i only pay about gbp20 for all three contracts

Existing customers need to move to their new tariffs to benefit from the new perks. just finished an online chat. The new tariffs give me more mins for the same as I'm paying now so it's a no brainier for me.

Unfortunately not, you have to speak to their upgrades team.

this offer is only available for new tariffs and upgrades as I rang customer service the other day
