It must be a woman thing. I don't care what my trainers look like as long as they are comfortable and protect my knees. They are only going to last 3 months -at best- before they are trashed anyway.

Funky trainers are trending, ASICS can't bring out enough Noosa's and other companies are copying them and if they fail to sell even better for us because you get a top of the range shoe in terms of tech for not a lot of money. It's important to always change trainers as you flatten them over time so the support they offered at the start of their lives literally wears away!

I'm all for being supportive to people who want to get fit but new years resolutions are so pathetic. If you want to get in shape and are serious, any time of the year will work.
