£1.25 in Tesco and Asda and believe it or not, but also M&S (as well as others). All part of price matching.

Any decent beer at £1.25 per bottle is a bargain. And not everyone has the other shops available.
Nice reminder. I'd rather have 4 bottles of 'Broon Ale' than a pair of socks. :D

I just took the Tardis back to Netto ten years ago and got mine for 99p each. The older I get the more sense Victor Meldrew made :/

More people have a Tesco or Asda close by than a Lidl so this is good to know. Thanks

Been same price at ALDI for ages now along with a few other nice ales....

Point of note is that its £1.50 at Aldi.. That is to say its the regular price. (As are all the ales @ aldi - Old P, Cumberpand, Old hen etc)

(Thats not to say this isnt a good price.. just in case anyone didnt know or hasnt got lidl nearby)

Children's beer. Sweet and bland.

Asda was selling Wychwood Brewery's King Goblin (6.6%), 4 for £5 when I visited at the weekend. It's bit more special that Newcastle Brown, according to the label they only brew it on a full moon.

Not bought this since production went down south. Plenty microbrewery's up here who make a better drink.

Not at my local Aldi it's not. Bought a bottle on Thursday for £1.25, it's been that price for months.
