You are kidding me right, or do you work for them? Viking Direct are the acknowledged wh*res of the office supplies market!
Every time I have bought anything off this company in the past 15 years there has been a problem. Whether it is:

items charged but not in stock.

Products turning up faulty or damaged.

Asking them time after time for invoices to be sent out.

Saying they had attempted delivery when they hadn't.

Claiming my bank account had been credited with a refund when it hadn't.

Having to threaten a card chargeback to obtain a valid refund!

Their idea of Customer Services which is IMHO an absolute joke!
I have been tempted by Viking's offers such as these on several occasions in the past only to be let down again, again, again and again!
I really could write about how bad this company is for hours!
Mmmmm. Leather.
Bargain for 58 quid, esp since I got a travel bag chucked in free (cheers to the poster who posted that voucher!). Compared to what else is out there for this price (argos basically) it's a steal.
FYI If you register on their business site you get next day delivery free instead of two day delivery. Doesn't make any difference to payment etc as long as you remember they'll add the vat on at the end of the checkout.
Also, figured people may be interested in some real measurements.
