I paid £30 for this very same chair from Viking a couple of years ago needed a chair whilst ordering paper so thought why not. Its a big chair, just about get it through a standard door way. Can be rather uncomfortable after a while as the seat isn't padded that much, plus after a few months the pump / support started to slowly lower itself over the space of a day which can be annoying. Still looks good though after plenty of use and has a great reclining feature.

Using this chair now and i'm sure I got it for free after buying some other stuff through viking.

It doesn't go up and down anymore (stays down). However I drilled a hole through the metal pole and inserted an allen key and it's at the same height all the time now.

Not the most comfortable but does the job.

Just been told I got it free with the paper I ordered but it was £30 if bought on its own. Seems that I am not the only one who had trouble with the lift action.

Thanks for posting. I bought this a few years back for ~£20 but left it at my parent's house. Now I have moved out, I'm using a rubbish £10 chair. Knowing how much I liked it, I bought it again. Thanks :)

All the links seem a bit messed up but I found if you visit the business or personal site (business shows ex vat & personal Inc vat) and search for

He2-3261822

it changes to the lowest price.

Replaced the the one I got in 2002.

Great find!

I got this chair http://www.viking-direct.co.uk/catalog/catalogSku.do?pr=Q22&id=3262300 , but in the cream, on this site about two years ago for an amazing £17 odds. Its £40 odds now, but definitely still well worth it. I am not a lightweight, and it has happily accommodated me daily, and it reclines too. The leather is quite coarse but I think that is a plus, as its very durable. Its a very sturday and very comfortable chair, with a well padded seat. The gas lift in it is still working perfectly. I would highly recommend it. I think it looks better quality than the one featured on this thread.

Yeah not sure why the links are a bit weird.

Need a new chair but I don't know if I would prefer to spend a little bit more and get something that has more padding.

I ordered it through my business account. It comes up at £38.66. Still, Quidco is worth £2.10 so quite happy with another £36 office chair.

I have that very chair too, bought it a couple of years a thanks to a deal posted on here.

The seat padding isn't the best and I find myself slipping off, but maybe I am not heavy enough to sink into it

To get the free delivery you have to purchase it through the "personal" branch of the site it seems, using code: He2-3261822.

If you register and go through checkout on the business site delivery is charged.
