Triple ply, quilted, with lotion and fragrance. This is the closest you should ever come to wiping your bum with an actual bunny rabbit.

I think this is quite good. At the markets it normally sells for £3.50 for a pack of 9!

There's something wrong with wiping your bottom with something called Nicky. It feels dirty. It's not a bad price so I don't think it deserves to go cold.

why on earth has this gone cold? outstanding deal!

The normal price at farmfoods is £2 for this, it's also in home bargains for the same.
If they are now dressing it up as a offer if you buy 2, resulting in the same price as it normally would be.. but you having to buy two, cold.
The product itself is good though.

The individual price used to be £2, now its £2.50. But by buying two packs, you can get the old price. The fact it used to be cheaper is irrelevant - what matters is that this is probably the cheapest you can get good loo roll anywhere!

Home bargains then, at £2, is still the same resultant price, but with no need to buy multiples.
I agree on the quality though, even expensive velvet etc don't even come close.
#10
As this is a good price for a good product it's a hot deal. Thanks for posting profet. May buy at at Farmfoods, may buy at Home Bargains ;)

Shame on you Beowulf if you actually voted cold for such a petty reason. Although worth mentioning Home Bargains price.

Not petty, they increase the price and then make you have to buy two. They could only have increased in the past week as thats when I last bought it.
Worth pointing out bad practices such as these, it certainly gets mentioned about Argos etc, increase the original price by a fair whack then make it look like a discount just to get close to the original price.. Name and shame. Perhaps they will get the point.

ive only ever paid £2.00 for this..in case some of you dont know, tesco also sell it,although its a different name(Spring Force) its the same product inside the packaging, its priced at £1.99 for a 9 pack
#13
Thanks Trisham, never noticed that one before. :)

I can't believe I'm actually writing this, but Spring Force is only two ply. So more like a guinea pig than bunny rabbit.
#15
omg,i cant believe am writing this either,i just checked and yes,it is only two ply,but it does the job all the same,so am quite happy to stick with it lol

I think you must have had a bad batch where they accidentally packaged that tracing paper loo roll you used to get at school. Anyone remember that? What sadistic f*ck decided to make toilet paper out of tracing paper and then give it to little children anyway?

Honestly, once you've wiped with Nicky you'll never go back!

its good ****. HEAT
#29
not to be too crude on this subject, but it holds together well, with a nice quilted feel to caress the butt-ux...... 25p a pop (normal) or 22.2p a pop on this deal(yep calculator needed)..... bargain

I don't thinks so. Perhaps you've tried the other Nicky one and not the Elite. This beats Cushelle rubbish (blocks the bog), Andrex on any other quilted loo roll for that matter. I wouldn't use anything else other than this and I get mine from Homebargains. In fact, anyone who visits me always comments on how nice it is and asks which one it is. Says it all really. Heat from me.

Used to be £2 for pack of 9 in farmfoods, they have actually put price up to £2.20 something for 9 but £4 for two packs of 9 to get you to buy more i assume

Seriously some of these comments have made my night :D I'm actually inclined to go down to farmfoods in the morning and buy some just to see how god damn insanely good this really stuff is ^^

Without doubt the best toilet paper on the market.

Home Bargains have sold this for a while now for just shy of four of our English pounds.
#34
Has any-one noticed that the different colours also have different fragrances? My kids like the pink.

Same here. No HB at all in my area, but a Farmfoods in next town - heading there tomorrow, so I will be stocking up.
I was keeping my eye out yesterday for any good offers, as my loo-roll mountain seems to be shrinking !
I never like to pay more than £1 for 4, so this is a good deal for me.

Tosh! At least we won't get red sore bums - like you do with Andrex, Kleenex and the more expensive brands. I'm sure they now put sawdust in the 'premium' brands - I'll NEVER buy a premium brand again. What happened to once decent loo paper? Nicky is the only brand now that cares for your important bits.
#38
I think this loo roll is great. I usually get the 9 pack for £2 in Farmfoods. It's a nice soft toilet roll so easy on the bum! and 9 rolls for £2 (although think it's up in price a wee bit) you defo can't complain!
#39
Must try this. We get the springforce usually. Used to get two 18 packs of coloursoft for a £5 in pound stretchery which was the biggest bargain. At the time I had 3 daughters at home, I resorted to this cos they were going through 14 rolls a week, imagine the cost if id bought Andrex ! . Anyway, heat added..

this product for 9roll pack is £1.89 in wilkinsons and home bargin but they are not sented or anything just extra soft but they have a selection of colours etc.
