A real bargain for a Gore-tex jacket by a reputable manufacturer. Never seen the stuff for this sort of price before - my dad paid £350 for a Goretex jacket 15 yrs ago and it's still going strong.

P&P is £3.99 or free if you spend over £50.

Was just browsing as they've kindly sent me a voucher for £20 off a £50 spend. If you've not shopped with them for a while, check your inbox! Account specific though so no point in posting it.

Perhaps not everyone's colour - yellow and khaki, but they also have the same in black (only in S or XS though) for a tenner more, and about a dozen other Nike & Berghaus Gore-Tex jackets for ridiculous prices.

Nike All Conditions Gear Storm-Fit waterproof & breathable lightweight jacket.

A great bargain from Nike

It actually does depend on the brand - you wouldn't want a gore-tex jacket falling apart at the seams surely. It has to be put together well - just because it is gore-tex doesn't guarantee anything if it is made by a crap manufacturer.

I don't dispute that - I was referring to the post that said it didn't matter who made it (or words to that effect) as long as it was gore-tex.

I don't think you really understood me. I was just stating that the price of £29.99 was a good price for any brand of gor-tex jacket. Obviously the more expensive brands are going to better in more extreme conditions.

I've received mine and it is a great fit and nice and light.

I bought a similar Nike gore-tex jacket about 3 .5 years ago and it cost £140 and it is still going strong.

For £34 this is a brilliant bargain for a great product.

Thank you OP.

Yes, my other half has just received hers. The quality is spot on, as good as many other gore-tex jackets I've seen costing five times as much. It also has a decent zip away hood, which is not mentioned in the description.
The yellow is not as bright in the flesh, more of a dull mustard hue, which might not be to everybody's tastes.
A cracking bargain regardless.

*edit*
Just a heads up, they've now got the
ladies black Minima stretch jackets in stock in M and XL sizes (as well as XS and S) for £39.99.
