Here's the link for £50 cash back from Nikon.

Hope that helps some.

EDIT: I see you've mentioned it in the post.

I don't think your allowed to include quidco in the price as it may not track. Still this is an excellent price I've jsut picked up a D3000 for £350 from currys.

Who are AJ though?

This isn't too far removed from Dixons or Jessops prices (£525) and you get more quidco from those dudes.

Sorry, I'm new here. So, still learning the rules. The savings with Quidco is £10.2. Adding that back would mean the price is £460 which is still great. I bought mine for over £500 including Quidco cashback just over a month ago.

Jessops currently offers 4% cashback on the VAT excl price. I know they've had better cashback rates earlier because I myself have bought for 7 and 10% but it has remained 4% for sometime now.

Agree totally, quidco and cashback from nikkon i would get it from jessops with the 4%quidco at least you have heard of jessops , this would work out roughly the same as aj electronics

Good price - been tracking this package for a while now. If looking for the Nikon cashback you need to be a little bit careful and ensure that the stock is sourced from Nikon UK and not a 'grey import'/asia sourced etc. - just in case you think you may spot a better deal elsewhere.

Hi, Does anyone know what the situation is if you buy this from jessops or wilkinsons online in terms of if breaks within warranty period? Would you have to return it by them via post (and have to pay postage) or could you take it to one of their shops? Thanks Mr T42

hi.. i bought mine from jessops by ordering online and collecting from store so that i get quidco cashback.. the same terms and conditions apply.. i don't think it would be covered for breakage though! just normal faults

Judging from that avatar Mr T http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/TV_and_Movies/baraccuda.gif your current camera (just like the honey), is just fine! http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Winks/tongue-wink.gif

Thanks - I didn't phrase what I asked very well. I was meaning can you take the camera to their stores to be mended if it malfunctions in a way that is covered under warranty if you bought it online. You thereby would get the quidco when you buy which makes it cheaper than buying it from the shop, can pick it up in store so avoiding hassle with the post and don't have to pay to post it back to them to be repaired. If this is allowed it would be great!?
Blasphemous

I'm sorry to say that my avatar picture is not my work. The honey is Grace park - google image search her name and it's the first pic you get. She starred in the recent Battlestar Galactica series remake.

Yes, you can. It was simply a reserve and collect. You are paying at the shop. They didn't tell me that the T&C's are different especially since the online and street price matched. Some other retailers like Carphone warehouse have different T&C's for online purchased items even if they are collected from store.
