its coming out £529 when I add to the basket, OP please correct.

Sales made without a code will track at 2.5% and will be uplifted to 3.5% upon validation. Any voucher codes used in conjunction with a sale will not be validated and therefore will not be rewarded cashback.

HOT DEAL THOUGH

looks like all stores are dumping stock now. fantastic price.

Outstanding deal. I've dithered so many times with this and have finally made the leap! Ordered! £430 (with the £50 cash back) really is a cracking deal for this camera.

Online 'stock' showing can be dubious with jacobs (sometimes they say they have stock when they don't). I've just called them and the guy said they definitely do have stock. And unlike the Argos deal this definitely does include the VR lens. This is also cheaper than the Argos deal so this really is outstanding. Don't dither (as I did), this will go out of stock VERY quickly at this price.

I'm not sure that CASHBACK classes as a voucher, as it's the manufacturer who is paying you not the retailer. I think this will be good for 3.5% quidco. Either way, HOT!!

Yep, this is out of stock anywhere with prices around this point and as I stated earlier, the Argos deal does NOT include the VR lens and this is 20 quid cheaper!!!

Quidco tracked at £12 so far, does say tracks at 2.5% and if approved upgraded to 3.5%. So far so good, should work out at £413 with any luck!!! Happy days!!!

Yep, and with the £50 cash back from Nikon it will definitely be the lowest it's ever been WS.

If you want one of these don't wait too long. I'd be surprised if Jacobs stay in stock until Friday which is the very last day you can purchase and get the £50 Nikon cash back.

Just rang them. I ordered one yesterday afternoon. It has been dispatched from Jacobs and on route to courier in my area. I should get an email today stating when to expect delivery.
#34
I just ordered this today, though the Jacobs website says its in stock, it's out of stock until next week.
I don't know what the guy on the phone did, but my card failed with him, so I went online and used paypal to pay for it ( same card ) and order went through fine.
According to my emails though, I now have 2 of these camera's on order:roll:
Well, they can send me 2 if they like, but theres barely enough cash for one of them in my bank:p

Did you use a Credit Card? If so it doesn't matter if you have funds in the bank it will still process. Might be worth giving them a call back mate. This is a VERY good deal but forking out twice ain't gonna make it feel too sweet! Worth a quick call I think mate. Oh and by the way, you don't have to use the 0845 600 60 55 number. If your phone plan doesn't include 0845 numbers it 'might' work out a bit cheaper to use their normal geographic number: 0116 281 5180. Can't find a Freephone number for them I'm afraid.

Hope you get sorted mate.

No, was my debit card, the guy on the phone was saying it would take 2or 3 days for the funds to go back to account even though the card failed, I wasn't happy to say the least! only had 2 days for the cash back offer!! all seems ok now, receipt from paypal and there wasn't enough cash in my acc for 2 x £479, so I don't think paypal would of worked if what the lad on the phone was saying was correct?

Just gotta hope the camera is back in stock and delivered before the end of May now, or can't claim the cash back:thinking:

Yep that's a very good point summerDreams. If I don't get it in time I'll be sending it back! Especially considering I rang and checked stock before I ordered. They still had stock yesterday morning apparently so perhaps they have sold out due to the publicity here.

Fingers crossed.

Just got my email with delivery confirmation and invoice - Arrives tomorrow!! :)

IMPORTANT POINT

My invoice has the date and time of purchase as 13:11 on 27/04/2010, this is the actual time I ordered online, just in case you are concerned that the delayed shipping might be a problem. I don't think it will as long as you place your order on/by Friday!

:)
