Thats a damn good price if that includes the accessories. I bought the c120 and it is a beast. This one has only 10 bar less pressure so shouldn't be noticeable really. Great buy IMO a lot better than karcher models of slightly higher value. My friend has a karcher he paid £120. I paid £105 with accessories. He wished he had bought the nilfisk. Sold accessories so worked out at about £50 just for the pressure washer. Add a snow foam lance and an extension pressure hose then you'll have a nice little system.

Bit concerned that the vouchers will not be accepted. The voucher is added on the payment page after adding visa details. Then you hit the submit order button.

Two questions :

1) Can you use both listed vouchers (I assume not)
2) What happens if the payment page does not like either voucher - will the order go through, and I end up paying 59.99 instead of 54.99 (or best case 49.99)?

Cheers

you won't be able to use 2 vouchers as there is only one box to enter voucher code..

I got 1 of these from mazon last year.

Outstanding bit of kit!

Much better than the Karcher one I had before!

Just ordered one and hit an issue.
The voucher did not get taken although it was valid.

I had to phone up and get screwfix to refund the £5 to my credit card. So I will see the item at £59.99, and should get a refund to my CC later and confirmation in the post.
The lady said that the Screwfix web site will be updated 'soon' so they don't see this issue again. Hmmm
Up until then you may have to phone up to get the discount.

Make sure you check your emails folks

Also, if you subscribe to the Screwfix email, today they sent a 10% off voucher to be used on all orders over £50.

It's a unique code though and has to be used in conjunction with the registered email address, otherwise I'd share it.

Is it really good?

Hi guys,

this might sound stupid but would you recommend this for washing a car? it would save me a trip as i'd rather do it myself :-D
#19
Pressure washers in general are great bits of kit, I bought a karcher 2 years ago and every spring I thank God I did. It actually makes cleaning up garden furniture, patios etc fun - so much so the kids volunteer to do it.

It is, had a lot of custom from it. Comparable to the 99.99 Karcher one.

"Yes! I'd like to receive the latest discounts, offers and sale previews from Screwfix and its group companies via email and text."

Ordered one yesterday - looks like its being delivered today...awesome :)

Gonna jet wash the cats off my lawn!! Should save them licking themselves clean!!
#23
here's another really stupid question for yous :)

MUST it be run from the tap at all times? Does it have its own tank for using when disconnected or anything?

As we only have a water tap in the back garden (and house of course :)), and if I was to want to wash the car its on the roadside outside our house.....so no way just 5m of hose would reach, presumably making it useless for those that want to wash the car if they dont have a driveway?

50 quid here: http://www.worldofpower.co.uk/Cleaning_Equipment/Pressure_Washers/Electric_Pressure_Washers/sc1309/p192.aspx?

Free delivery if spending over 100.

Maybe this doesn't include some accessories though I've just noticed.Better if you don't need the patio cleaner.Argos has it for 48 quid too.
#26
neither does the worldofpower one
#27
Yes I noticed then.Good if you don't need the patio cleaner.

Be handy if they supplied this instead of the patio cleaner: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/7151165/Trail/searchtext%3ENILFISK.htm

It would need to be connected to the tap for a constant flow of water.
You can overcome distance problems by using a garden hose with the correct fittings to make up the distance between the tap and the pressure washer, as long as it’s not an excessive distance.

Bought the C120.2 when Screwfix had that one on offer. I see this one doesn't have the drain cleaner attachment. Pity that as I sold mine for £35 on Ebay.
#30
I bought this from argos when it was on offer a couple of months ago. The patio cleaner works well, overall very impressed. It has a metal pump as oppossed to plastic pumps fitted to many pressure washers. It also comes with a 2 year warranty. I have used many brands of washer over the years and I have to say this is the best electic one I have had.

My local toolhire shop uses these, hired one a couple of times for near enough what it would of cost to buy this :x
They are excellent, and based on the fact that tool hire shops tend to go for robust items built to last, would indicate to me that this should be a decent long term purchase.
#32
Thanks for the replies folks, went out and purchased one of them at lunch, can't wait to get home and give it a blast!!!!

Not sure if it was mentioned earlier in the thread but they accept the money off vouchers in store too, i went up, read the voucher out and bingo bango job done.

Thanks op. H+R added.
#33
Silly question but where do you put voucher code?

I click on voucher link during checkout and it says "We are currently unable to allow purchase or redemption of screwfix vouchers online. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."

Am I in the wrong place?
#34
Well recieved it this morning and had a go jetting off the car and must say it is much better then the karcher it replaced which cost double the amount 4 years ago, well pleased with it.

Nice one, just ordered that one. Supersave del but im not in a rush for it so doesnt bother me
#37
Anyone recommend a snow foam lance that fits this?

Bought this for the patio and it has done a superb job, now for the car. Thx
#38
Amazon is fine if you don't mind waiting 1-3 weeks. At least with Screwfix you get it next day or you can pick it up at your local Trade Counter!

I got mine there today and have just cleaned the car! What a bargain for a great performing machine.
