Had this type on a recent Gadget Show, came out worst on test... Main problem was having to switch the head all the time. Seems cheap though, so if you're not bothered with changing the heads this is pretty hot IMO.

Bought this last year its perfectly fine, cleaned the patio with no problem, washed the car, bins etc seems powerful enough. Not sure about the heads I can't really tell much difference between them! lol
#3
There's only one pressure washer worth buying, it's name starts with a K and it's yellow...

Also, the equivalent to the "£199 best price E130.2 X-Tra" featured on Gadget show, the slightly higher spec Nilfisk "E140 2-9 S X-Tra" is also a good price at the moment on Amazon at £181.07.

Bought this very model a few weeks ago - couldnt be more pleased with it. Was recommended this over Karcher from a mate who had jis karcher pump failed on him.

Regards the gadget show - my god thats become an awful show nowdays, about as good at reviewing gadgets for real world use as top gear is at reviewing cars.

I got this model last year which included a patio cleaner and it's much much better than the karcher it replaced.
Heat added.
#22
Great cleaner for price. Got one last year with the patio cleaner for about £55 from screwfix.
#23
God I love Amazon, has been despatched already with super saver delivery

OK. Was looking this morning for a pressure washer just for general washing of my cars once a week BUT wanted to enhance the pressure washer by using a "snow wash" / "foam wash". Like this (Youtube link).

cleanyourcar.co.uk - has just confused me as to what is needed as it depends on the pressure you have / buy.

http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/images/customerUploads/resized/RRsnow.JPG

What extras are needed to add to this pressure washer?
Where to buy obviously as cheap as possible?

Any experts out there?

Gadget Show review was worthless. This is 1/4 of the price of the others and no doubt more robust.

You can also by the Vario Nozzle for this anyway.

Does anyone know where I can purchase the Nilfisk to Karcher adapters? I replaced my naff Karcher with the Nilfisk C110 (so much better), but wouldn't mind being able to use the Karcher accessories?

Thanks.
#28
Thanks just ordered one, nearly bought one from Halfords other day.

This is what you need to buy the lance and Magifoam its £57 del.
I use it with my C110 and works perfectly.
You need the Kew/Alto attachment.

My Karcher has just been returned to the manufacturer because it started to catch fire internally... oO - I'm certainly not as confident that they are the market leader anymore.

Can you elaborate further on whom is selling this product? A business? I notice they expect £57.00 of my hard earned English coins as a "gift" payment via Paypal which as per the word is a "gift" i.e. no comeback if there are any unexpected issues due to the donation. Also raises issues of tax evasion/avoidance. One being illegal the other not.

I've bought from here before and always received good service. They also sell the snow foam liquid too, just make sure you get the right adaptor to fit the Nilfisk (mentioned above)
