depends, its like recommending a Take That album to a Metallica fan isn't it?
its is supposed to be a good "action" game, but if you want a challenge, go for Ninja Gaiden2, or the original Ninja Gaiden should be dirt cheap and should play on your console.
if you prefer an FPS go for halo (predicable advice but what can ya do?)
or Lost planet is good £8 atplay.com also Mirrors edge cost around £18 and good.
crackdown, good sandbox gaming with superpowers
BioShock should cost less that £15 and IS a good game.
FEAR is fun but flawed, Fear2 more of the same.
also SKATE (first one)

Fight Night Round 3 should cost about £12 and is supposedly a good boxing game
Dead Space, survival horror, and good
Burnout paradise, racing game, again good, cost around £25
best bit of advice though, as a rule of thumb stay away from games of films!!;-);-)
try Teletext reviews before buying, they are USUALLY OK, but as with all things, its a matter of personal taste, aint it? happy gaming long may you avoid the RROD ;-)

Read on a forum "i really enjoyed the game but after reading the review i wont buy it" Morons who get put off games by someone elses opinion lol
