Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy
Resident Evil: Revelations
Super Mario 3D Land is the best among the 4 in my opinion.
Do not forget to add a charger if you need one (if you do not have any old model of DS that is).
It might be better to go for the 10 in 1 accessory pack (which includes an USB cable charger and a car charger) than to buy charger on its own.

I wouldn't put Nintendo in the coffin just yet. Nintendo treat their stuff extremely well, they don't give their CEO ridiculous money (in comparison to others) and they are good at saving their money.

Ah yes. Mario. I wonder what extremely minor gameplay enhancement before selling it as a new game they'll add next.
Nintendo would get so much more respect if they actually created new franchises instead of rehashing battered old ones.
I had the standard 3DS for a while and didn't find it as nauseating as this, literally could not play this for more than an hour. I would advise sticking with the standard 3DS as I found this really bad and the fact it didn't come with a charger was laughable.
They wouldn't refund my money when I took it back the next day, or give me store credit even :(.
