If it is £89.99 - £30.00 = £59.99
Add £3.95 postage = £63.94... or am I missing something?

Ok smarty pants

Just checked ds reduced to £89.00 less £1.90 vat savings = £87.10
£87.10 less £30.00 is £57.10
£57.10 plus p&p £3.95 = £61.05 :roll:

I wasn't trying to be smart but... technically;

Price stated = £89.99
VAT Saving = £1.92
£89.99 - £1.92 - £30 = £58.07
£58.07 + £3.95 = £62.02

Your still out :thumbsup:

Don't worry, I'm in your corner. As far as I'm concerned it's a great deal and really don't see what some people are getting all funny about.

Honest answer - it's yet ANOTHER Littlewoods Direct voucher deal that:

a) have been posted by the hundreds here over the lat few weeks
b) are with a company that are notorious for screwing people over on vouchers AFTER purchase (i.e. the voucher is applied at the checkout but they charge you full price on your card and give a rebate later IF they decide you are eligable for the offer)

The problem is a deal consist of two things: the price you pay for what you receive AND the company you purchase off. Littlewoods reputation with vouchers is so poor, and this particular voucher so badly spammed over the last few weeks, that deals like this are considered cold for the second part of the equation.

For a full breakdown of why many don't like Littlewoods have a look at this thread: http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/287650/the-littlewoods-50-off-no-minimum-s/

The key bit is this from the T&C's of the littlewoods web site:

2.3 Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts, free delivery and free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit you will be confirming that:-

(i) you are entitled to use the code;
(ii) you meet all the conditions that apply to its use;
(iii) you agree to the terms set out below.

If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject your order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If, after accepting your order, we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reverse the benefit that you obtained. If you transacted on a cash basis e.g. by debit or credit card, we may take a further payment, equivalent to the value of the benefit obtained, from the card used. If you transacted on a credit basis, the value of the benefit obtained may be charged to your credit account.
