Great if it works! (never too sure about these catalogue shops myself - heat added though

Good price but "Delivery within 12 weeks" concerns me, anyone know if they really do take this long?
#3
Decided to go for it but it says that I have already used the voucher which isn't the case, is Marshall Ward under the same group as Additions Direct by any chance? As I have used a £30 code with them in the past.

Dont think these catalogue codes with with Handhelds and consoles, best to read up on the T&C first, that price is touching cost for some suppliers
#5
Wouldn't touch that company again.

Had big problems with some idiot in customer services.

Marshall Ward aka Littlewoods.. don't assume your only going to pay £72.95.. codes are normally for people who the company have sent them to so they may try claiming the money back!

Yes they're both owned by Littlewoods.

I ordered the DS when the additions direct voucher was posted the other day, got for £69 delivered - think this is why this specific DS deal has been submitted actually! Was too busy to post myself.

Anyway - the layout of the catalogues etc is exactly the same so I assume these are the same company. Hope you dont hate me for this but i applied for this £30 off at Marchall Ward too and it also worked for me!! Doing well for my boys main Christmas presents this week!!!

Seems like both of these similar vouchers are very hit and miss though - vouchers do not seem to work for the majority of people. Just a suggestion - When i tried to open an account in my mums name it didn't work with me applying to pay by debit card, but worked when i applied for their instalment account - just a suggestion........ :whistling:

The DS is one of the best hand-held consoles todate, loads of great games, but they cost the earth, If you were looking into getting a DS have a peek at eBay for multi game cards, always a good investment, HaHa

Yes but when in 3 months time they decide you were not entitled to the discount and chase you for it.... to be honest not worth the hassle. But each to there own.:)

I had that with Littlewoods - reported them to OFT, refused to pay thier bill, sent OFT everything, and after 6 weeks, Littlewoods said they'd removed the charges due to "goodwill" OFT wern't too happy they refused to state it was thier mistake. I even gave OFT the order statements of my partner who made his order after mine and got his for free. Too much hassle.

Point taken - I'm a bit cheeky so will probably return the items on principal if the discount doesn't stand! Heehee. Worth a try, heh!

Stay away from them...:x:x

dont use these vouchers - too much hassle

I did one of these vouchers a while ago and they took the full amount then credited my statement next time with the value of the voucher. That means the saving was not actuallf off the item you purchased but the next item you have to purchase. Sorry but cold for me.

tried the code for MW and it wouldn't work said I wasn't a first time customer (which I am)

tried it with littlewoods direct and its worked

DP will be chuffed!

I think I used one of these vouchers a while back to get a Wii Nunchuck for £5 delivered. I got it eventually, but it was about 12 weeks after I ordered it. They didn't charge me any extra, so the voucher obviously worked...it's just the wait for the item that is annoying.
