Similar to sassie's earlier post about the wii, Tesco also have an instore offer on the ds. This was ideal for me as my children wanted character cases rather than the plain coloured accessory sets that usually come in the bundles!
The games you can choose from are:
Mario Kart
Lego Indiana Jones
HSM Work This Out
Cooking Guide
Nintendogs - Labrador
Viva Pinata
Spore Creatures

All colour DS's are available in this deal but the Ipswich store only had the dummy packs for black and white on the shelf - they had most of the colours in stock though.
I know it's only about £3 cheaper than some of the other deals available, but Games prices seem to be creeping up now and Tesco's game choice was pretty good.

THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE as I checked earlier, it is instore only, and ends on 26th October. Apologies if already posted, did a search and it didn't come up!

good deal but the argos one is better - depends on what game you want really. Still hot from me

CEX will give £8 for Brain Training and with the £10 voucher it was the deal for me at Argos. Though no doubt one of these new games may reach £14 in trade at CEX. I got the accessory pack worth no where near £20.

I have bought a few of late for wireless play- a second hand DS cost me £40 once I netted off the free game from Game at CEX. And a second hand Lite with lots of trade in items from Currys set me back £60.

As an individual item they are great, but you can not beat multi play

Not if your son wants a red one and your daughter wants a turquoise one!!
The argos deal is better if you want a black ds, if you want any other colour (and you don't want the pack) then this is probably the best deal about.

Also if you are thinking about buying nintendos gift packs these are much better value as you could get the cooking guide with a turquoise ds or nintendogs with a pink one without paying the extra for a pretty box!!

Gamestation also sell all colours of DS Lite with a selection of games for £99.89. Compare the two game lists to see which games you'd prefer :
http://www.gamestation.co.uk/discountaddall.asp?discountid=118

If it was me I'd go for this Tesco deal because of the games selection such as Mario Kart, Nintendogs & Spore which are all really good games & ones my children already have ;-)

I knew there was another one! Star Wars unleashed is also included in this offer!

The games in the gamestation offer are pretty rank tbh. They seem to be trying to punt last years games. Tesco deal looks far superior.

Please could someone recommend which game in this list would be best for a 6 year old girl from Mr Claus?

Thanks in advance...

Hi, Just to let you know I managed to pick up the same bundle today (05/11/08) at Tesco's, so they must have extended it. Mind you they did not advertise it and none of the staff knew about it, but it did go through the till at £96.97 for a green ds lite and mario kart:-D
