There's only 2 in England at the minute (Stockport and Birmingham) but there's loads over in Ireland and Northern Ireland who are doing the same deal!
Get yourself down there and whack £10 deposit down to reserve one and do that deal

Misleading title

Also the console has only minor changes from the DS lite that £69.99 certainly wouldn't justify...

Sorry man, new here. Edited it :)

Thats a lot of money for a couple of poor resolution cameras and the ability to stretch your mates face and paint it blue......

Is it me, or does anyone else not see the point of Nintendo rubbish.

hot deal....my DS is battered...wonder if they let that be traded! anyways no way of findng out...i dont live anywhere near one!

btw people ease up on the OP.... its first deal....thank you mace for osting and sharing this deal. heat and ep has been left.

Seems like a lot of money to spend to upgrade you DS to having a VGA quality camera. they should've just added bluetooth so you could send pics from your phone instead. unless they're going to eventually incorporate video.

This is going to seem like very expensive, outdate equipment soon tho when the PSP 2 comes out. Tho I doubt that'll stop people buying DS's Nintendo recently seemed to have found themselves the Eskimos looking to acquire ice market.

Do we know if the "Special cards and memory cards" work in the DSi?
#8
nope R4's ect wont work, but it does take a standard SD card so i can see someone getting around it soon!

DSi also has internet and ability to download games like on the wii!

I'm pretty sure I got an email from MyMemory advertising a R4 type card which was compatible

There's a SD Card slot, downloadable games, and gonna be some DSi Exclusives 2 cameras, both screens are 3% bigger.
But still not worth £60 and still aload of crap just tempted by the camera games and exclusives otherwise it's just another DS.

CycloDS's work and Acekard 2i I think.

I think the hot deal here really is that in a few weeks time, the likes of gamestation will be flooded with second user DS lites to buy at a reduced price.

Suppose to be 2 cards that are compatible with the DSI so far

Anyone thats interested in getting rid of their DS Lite game are apparantly doing a similar trade in offer.

Don't see the point of upgrading to the new DS as the camera's are half a megapixel and useless and editing of pictures can only be done on pics taken by the DS. Shame they have got rid of the GBA slot as you cannot play guitar hero on the DSI as the slot is no longer their. Think the idea of a shopping channel on the DSI is a good idea like the wii but to be honest most people who own a DS will have a R4 card or similar so will be getting games for free rather than buying from Nintendo

Was thinking that as got rid of my DS ages ago but will look for a pre-owned DS once the DSI is released then just grab another R4
#15
this is £5 better than game/gamestation
tbh its not too bad as game usually only give 50 quid value for a dslite so this offer if you had to (not much point normally) then its saving you a decent amount
#16
why is everyone having a go about this deal, this deal beats the current offer by game, they want £74.95 and your old ds lite, also the normal "special" cards won't work but the acecard 2i, r4i or the dstti will work, although apparentley theres a firmware update iminent on the dsi that will render the dstti useless;-)
#17
No GBA slot? :w00t. Btw the camera is 0.3 megapixel, it's a good deal but would rather have a ds lite
#18
not really sure where you can get cheaper than this?
possibly littlewoods etc with crappy codes but i think if you ARE wanting a dsi this is better than selling old ds on ebay then buying depending on how good the condition of the ds is and what colour.
