You can buy this with the WII remote included for under £14 on a well known auction website. They come from Hong Kong so take a few weeks to arrive. They are totally OK and work 100% on a UK WII machine. Why pay over £40 for the identical item from a UK supplier ? I have purchased two of them and they are identical to the UK version.

Not false economy by any means, just common sense. I've had two for 9 months and they work just fine. UK prices for these are a rip off.

got 2 of these and remotes from deal extreme last week for £25 not official but both work and are used when the 3 daughters want to play the wii

personally i wouldnt trust anything which could possbly be dangerous with any of my friends or family, but each to their own!

some of us dont have the cash to buy at the full price... these things probably all come from the same factory! and they run on aa batteries!! how much bother can they be
