Sorry but rrp so it's a cold from me.

Just something being in stock or available for pre-order (which it might not even be) isn't a deal in itself. If its available and under rrp then youve got a deal...

Edit, to be fair you can put the amazon link through flubit and take a few pound off though whether they would deliver for release is anyones guess...

How did you find it? It doesn't come up when searching in the gaming category - just the out of stock option.

It's only listed in Switch>Consoles. You can seem to search for it. That's the only reason I listed it here really.

Great find!

Will you get on day one?

Yeah, it's delivery on 3/3. I pre-ordered the first one they listed and that was still at 9/3, so this seems better. Still can't understand how this listing is different though, bit weird you can pre-order it now and get it delivered before people who pre-ordered last week.

Just ordered with Zelda total = £334.93 cost extra £15.00 more then the GAME UK Online bundle deal with Zelda hopefully comes on day one all other outlets have messages like

"We have reached our allocation of stock for launch so pre-orders are now frozen. Pre-orders will be fulfilled in date order. Further dates after launch will be communicated once Nintendo update us with further information."

Maybe this is extra stock from people cancelling orders?

Yeah this does feel a bit like an error from Amazon - the pictures have text in Italian too. Still, seems legit. No way will Zelda stay as £49.99 too, surely.

If I can't get it on the 3rd I'll cancel not going on a waiting list like all the other outlets seem to be doing :| Also the bloody Nintendo NES Classic is still impossible to get from retail so if they do that with the Nintendo Switch could be months waiting.

HEAT for another option on the must have, nations favourite non-mainstream gaming console.

This looks like a second listing of the same SKU by Amazon, which is really weird.

Like you mentioned, one of the product images contains Italian text.

I've seen this comment pop up in a few Switch threads. just out of curiosity, how do you know it's the "nations favourite" anything?

In years gone by Europe/UK has always been Sega territory, after they fell I think for many the de facto system became the Playstation, Nintendo always had a bigger following in Japan and even the US than here, so not 100% convinced it is the nations favourite at all, but if you have anything to prove me wrong by all means....

1. We are talking about today, not way back when.... SEGA?
2. If you look at what you have quoted me on above you will see "non-mainstream". It is the favourite by default, if nothing else.

But in all truth it is really just a statement to say sod you to the Nintendo hating mainstream console fanboys that plague the Switch threads recently.

Cold, RRP and overpriced, will wait for games to come out and a bundle. Too much to play Zelda. Unbelievable.

Months is good, gonna take at least 5months for Mario.

People really should wait a few weeks once launched. Nintendo are not allowed to set the RRP in Europe (due to price fixing in the 90s) so this ripoff price we see here is 100% down to the retailers. Most of them will accordingly drop their price after the launch units don't fly off the shelves.

Heck, it would not surprise me if the price drops a little bit in the lead up to launch. Depending on what the preorder numbers are like, of course.

I pre-ordered today grey switch with Zelda from this link had to pay extra £5.00 for postage as don't use prime but the email I got and when confirmed payment details all said expect on Friday 3rd March 2017. Not unless next couple days it changes I'm hoping I get on day one.

The system is 300 USD which is before tax which varies by state with the highest being 10%. If you want to blame anyone blame the UK government for our 20% rate :{

BBC news/tech have said no more Wii U games getting made.

Cold, if you want to play Zelda you have to pay at least 330 pounds altogether.

Get a wii u for 145 pounds, and zelda wii u for 40 pounds, saving you 185 pounds.

Not worth getting one until Mario comes out at Christmas.

Bit of a sore point to be honest, my son plays his 3ds all the time and has no interest in the Wii U my wife wasted her bonus on a few years back now, complete turkey for us. If his 3ds could plug in the tv would have been great for us, that's it really.

But surely then you've spent £145 on a Wii U too, negating any saving you are expecting from a future Switch deal?

So you could not find any Wii U games that grabbed your kids attentions? That sounds an unusual situation to say the least. How old is your kid?

The 3DS resolution is so low it would be beyond ridiculous to plug into a TV. I find it hard to believe, anyone would really want to do that. The display on a 3DS XL is excellent. The wireless local or internet multiplayer is all you could wish it to be and a big advantage over home consoles with local multiplayer via split screen.

Would say you are in the majority and it is the other way around. If nothing else the pre-sales figures being banded about suggest that. The not impressed tend to be noisier on here than those who are excited about something, and those numbers are obscured by the, shall we say 'non-nintendo' fans to be quite friendly about it.

that's good to know, nintendo may not give in to power and specs but they are never scared to try something new even if the last effort wasn't a success and you can't hate them for that.

The reason why there are two listings is because Amazon has, according to a phone call I just had with them, to sellers/suppliers; Nintendo and Nintendo UK. Amazon sells both, there are two different stocks, so if one listing is out of stock and the other isn't, both sold by Amazon, it's safe to pre-order.

Yesterday evening Amazon themselves were selling this item, but they've now run out of stock.

Excellent info! I know I've been buried in cold votes but I just wanted people to know there was more Amazon stock. As it's now gone I've set to expired.
