Someone said the games on the nations best selling console of 2017 seem to cost a few quid and aint cheap? Your gonna want to keep those cartridges safe I suppose anyway ;)

Hori are an excellent brand and made great accessories for the Wii U, and 3DS, including the brilliant 3DS 24 Cart case. Great value for under a tenner!

* Store up to 24 Nintendo Switch game cards
* Compact and portable
* x2 Micro SD cards storage slot
* Officially Licensed by Nintendo

Also covered by Amazons Pre-Order Price Guarantee.

The black one (looks grey?) looks like it nicely matches the Grey Switch bundle. Or you can also choose a transparent colour case: https://www.amazon.co.uk/HORI-Switch-Game-Card-Case/dp/B01MTA4YMQ/

That's not sensitive, unless I am being sensitive to BS, that's just highlighting a dubious comment? Are you suggesting it is anything other than preposterous? I can't believe this even needs any more discussion but it seems to... it would be ridiculous for a hybrid mobile handheld console to use CD's. On one level CD should's be placed inside static units that are not moved for obvious reasons. On another level it just would not be practical.

There would have been criticism if the Switch used CD's. And there is criticism it actually uses Carts. I know what I make of all that, but interpret it how you wish.

No. Maybe my car needs it though? CD's are always skipping a beat.

Why do people comment on deals like this if they don't like the product or the console itself. If you don't like it great don't buy one. If you are 10 years old and can't manage to keep your games safe without losing them then don't take them out of the house. The switch is a home console, if you can't be trusted not to lose games then my advice is keep them at home. As for people saying their is no games, 1.the console is not even out yet and more games keep getting addes. 2. There are plenty of games coming out, if you don't like them it doesn't mean they aren't there to play. Then what about e3 or Nintendo direct e3, whatever they decide to do. Do you think we know all the games that are coming out this year and they are going to have nothing at all for e3? You people are just not realistic.

Yikes! Another great decision by Nintendo... each and every player needs their own paid copy of a game, even for local multiplayer! :D

As I understand it that decision is nothing to do with Nintendo as is a third party game. In fairness to Nintendo on 3DS and Wii U they have been very good with their provisions in games for local/online multiplayer. The recent Mario Party Star Rush (3DS) game even has a free download local multiplayer copy on ESHOP for making local multiplayer quicker.

It might settle down once the mainstream console gamers have registered their votes.

My bite rate admittedly is quite high :) I also get what you are saying TBH. All the pre-order switch hardware and accessories are pretty much RRP. It is about the buzz really. I do consider the HORI items to be a decent deal however, as it is a good brand, reasonable pricing, and Amazon give you their pre-order price promise.

Had to vote cold, sorry.

1. Hinges will probably break.
2. Dust magnet.
3. Prone to cracking. probably need a case to put this in
4. No 3D
5. Lack of flexibility.
6. Only Stores up to 24 Nintendo Switch game cards. Go for the XL version.
7. General poor overall design and overly unnecessary large size.
8. Old tech. Game card cases have been around for forever.
9. Very low future resale value.
10. Relatively expensive for what it is.

See what I did there (_;)

Agreed Reggie Fils-Aime is unstoppable, an unstoppable douche. The things he's done (or rather hasn't done) stateside at nintendo are borderline criminal. I could do a better job, heck the apple turnover I just ingested to could do a better job.
