is this a good price? want one for Xmas & not sure whether to get now or wait a bit ... thanks :)
#3
£4.50 worth of reward points aswell as Quidco (if you have a reward card)

Seems like a great price to me, some people will probably point out morrisons have got mario kart for £15 at the moment- but that is if you can find it- have been looking all week and haven't found one. Still a great deal at game though.

#10
great. wouldn't recommend a wii tho as mine's sitting there dusty after a month of having it.
#11
Game have also got some bundles with Wii Fit at the moment. You don't get a free game with these though, so only worthwhile if you realy want the Fit too.
#12
I will sell mine for £160 delivered plus an extra wheel
same bundle

TOYS R US were doing this deal 2/3 weeks ago

Good deal, we went instore to Game and picked one up. (yeah I could've went through Quidco, but passed on it this time)
#15
If ASDA can sell the console for Wii console and Wii Sports (as they did last month) for £150 and Morrisons can sell Mario Kart for £15 there is a lot of profiteering out there by retailers. Look at what some retailers are now charging for Wii Fit!
Compared to other packages out there this is decent -and it takes the hassle out of shopping around and getting these items separately when deals come around (like I have for for £165)

i wanna buy one of these bundles, just returned the one i bought from woolworths. But i want it for my brothers Birthday which is on wednesday. If i order it now, does anyone know whne it is likely to arrive.

On the website it does say elligible for 'click and collect' but i cant see this when i enter the payment detail.

A quick response woul be really helpful as i want to order it asap.

its okay, it was ther on the screen. Ordered it and will pick it up instore, that way i can be certain that i get it before wednesday. Thanks for the original poster for making me aware of this deal.

If I were in your boat I would call them and ask about the click and collect if you cant see it, they might do it there and then for you, maybe youll have to buy a reward card (£3) - but you'd also lose the £4 quidco. Mind you it may be no quicker than home delivery, not sure if it would arrive by Wednesday as they quote 2-4 days.

Who says Morrisons are making any money on Mario Kart? They don't have any anyway.

The deal I saw in Game yesterday seemed to also allow you to have Wii Play included instead of Mario Kart. This would be a better deal in my eyes for those wanting an extra controller.

Anyway - a thought crossed my mind. Go to Morrisons and buy some top games for £15. Go to Game and trade them in (for example Sonic at the Olympics gets you £20). Then buy the Wii + Wii Play for £179.99 with the credit you have just built up. In theory you should be able to pick up a brand new Wii + Play (or Kart) for £135.... slight hassle to it though.

This deal is pretty close to the Asda/Morrisons route ODonnyBoy has managed to get. Quidco, and game reward points (if you have a card) mean its only £171 after those two amounts are knocked off.
#20
wont pc world price match this + 10%?

Not trying to hijack the deal or anything but I just noticed that Shopto has the same bundle for the same price but they're also throwing in an extra wii wheel for free worth £9.99.

Obviously if you would prefer to collect the console now from the store and play it over the weekend, then some people will prefer to get it from Game but if you can wait for next day courier to deliver the console, then the extra Wii wheel will be worth it and makes the game so much more fun. :)

That's well worth being a deal in its own right with the extra wheel included. Get it posted!

Cheers mate, it's now listed but it was an excellent spot and it's even better since you're a newcomer to the site, so I've given you some well deserved rep...and it's added an extra rating on to your rating. :-D

It's not Morrisons I'm getting at - it's the other retailers that are selling Wii games (and consoles) at inflated prices - Duh!:o

Lol, sorry mate, just realised you joined around the same time as I did nearly 2 years ago but I assumed you were a newcomer purely because of the post count......give me back my rep then. :giggle:

Just playing, the rep was fully deserved and it's great to see you've become a part of the forum.

Just so you all know this offer at Game finishes tomorrow - Thursday 18th September.

And on a slightly different note even though all the wii fits on their website are in bundles, any that make it to stores will be sold on their own, and the guy in the game concession in Debenhams in Ipswich was quite happy for anyone to phone each morning to see if they had any coming and if so they would happily stick your name on one if they were coming in that day!
#31
It is still on their website so not ended yet...?

Good post Ollied :)

Thanks for the reminder that this bundle is still available Gordon Bell :)
