Nope. No vouchers. Had a confirmation email, but nothing to say why it has been cancelled. Have written an email of complaint!

Can't believe it!! Thought I'd bagged a sale there - but I just checked messages to see that my order has also been cancelled. NO EXPLANATION! I'm gutted. look forward to hearing the excuse for these cancellations

While checking some other forums I noticed that some people got their orders cancelled if they selected the option 'Collect in Store'.

I have just checked my account and it no longer says awaiting security check.

Now it says the dreaded phrase "on order with our suppliers"

Who knows how long it will take now!

I ordered for home delivery. They have sent me three emails now:

1. Confirming My Order
2. Asking me to verify my details
3. Telling me thank you and it could take up to 72 Hours to verify my details

So they could be delaying. It is a brand new card never used before, but i've checked it at the bank, etc and it's all working!

Just been into Woolworths, Keighley. They had some in stock.

Mine is now saying on order with our supplier.

When I click on that, it says " our item has been submitted to our suppliers and we are awaiting a response. This may take between 15 minutes and 1 day. (Usually within 1 hour).

It's still saying expected delivery is 18th Jan.

I ordered one and it was confirmed for delivery on the 18th, But it said the same as MORE4, So I decided to contact them asking if they could confirm the 18th, knowing full well that they would be unable to confirm this, I received the reply which seemed to confuse me further but now my status has changed to "Ready to Bill", I’m guessing this is good?

Hello, Mine also says on order with suppliers.

I contacted Woolies and they said that it should be dispatched Friday and delivered sometime next week. They also said that this is not guarenteed.

Woolworths love messing people around!

My order has now moved the "ready to bill" So fingers crossed it should be dispatched soon.
