supercharged 1.2 micra dig-s

bluetooth and cd/mp3

0-60 is apparently 10.9 secs and it still gets 68 mpg on petrol (cheaper than diesel)

...and free annual road tax (band A)
...finally cheap to insure 'cos its a micra.

only downside i can see is it sounds like a diesel when its chugging along.

Plus there's a further saving over other cars 'cos micras hold their value better than some, so when you sell it in a few years time you could be getting an extra grand back than if you buy some other make of car.

This is the 5 door, with AC.

Not remotely true ish. For example i used to have a daihatsu charade GTti. 1.0 12v 3 cylinder from the early nineties. It was the first mass production engine to reach 100bhp per litre. There was plenty sporty about that wee hatchback :-)

Its the same spec engine they put in the Juke and Qashqai so in a light weight Micra I reckon it will take off!

Doubt you'll ever see 68mpg.

You mean other makes such as Fiat (500), Mini and Audi (A1) ;)

BTW year old higher spec ones (with satnav) seem the better deal.

Perhaps but a 1 ltr Formula Ford Ecoboost manages it, road legal.
