Of course, everyone knows that laser-sealed borosilicate glass vials that are internally coated with phosphor will create a cold energy that produces a light source when injected with gaseous tritium. It's as plain as the nose on your face.

The manufacturers of our Glowrings, who produce military equipment and other need-to-see-at-night items, have taken this everyday nugget of basic science and made it their business.

Glows in the dark!
A Glowring is small enough and tough enough to attach to anything you might need to use in the dark, a bunch of keys being the most obvious. But because they can glow for up to a decade, you can leave them hanging off things that only come out once in a while like fishing gear and camping equipment. It does have to be pretty dark to see the glow, but that's the point.

I once had one of these, excellent for finding your keys in the dark. They certainly don't glow quite as strong as in the picture though! lol

There is a weakness where the keyring loop goes through and this snapped it into two pieces, albeit 2 or so years later.

I had the blue & green one before but gave the green one away. Yes, the pictures are computer generated & don't show the true brightness of the real thing. The green one turns out to be much brighter in the dark than the rest of the colour range. I suggest the green one is much a better choice.

Oooh - shiny things!

These are brilliant for identifying your keys. I've had different coloured ones on different sets of keys for years.
